Fortnite Ballistic, the tactical shooter from Epic Games inspired by games like Counter-Strike, is about to receive a new game mode called Test Grounds. This is similar to the public test servers of other titles, where players can experiment with content that has not yet been officially released.

In Fortnite Ballistic: Test Grounds there will be maps and items in preliminary versions. This means that many of them might be incomplete or undergo significant changes before their final release. For example, it is possible to find stages without textures or with few decorative elements. These stages function as models or prototypes of what Epic plans to implement in the future.

Fortnite constantly receives new content, such as the possible Star Wars season. The Test Grounds mode allows sending feedback after finishing a match, which helps Epic improve maps, weapons, and mechanics based on the players’ experience.

First Maps and Weapons of Fortnite Ballistic: Training Grounds

Although the content is still under development, the Fortnite Ballistic: Test Grounds mode is now available in the Fortnite game modes section. You can access it without restrictions and participate in the trials starting today. Epic has not confirmed how often this mode will be updated, but it is likely that new elements will arrive as the seasons progress.
