Thus, there are a variety of Youtube and Twitch streamers providing Fortnite content for almost every demographic out there. While streaming has been largely dominated my PC players, numerous controller players like Ghost Aydan and Nickmercs have become icons for console Fortnite players everywhere. As a parent, looking for an age-appropriate streamer for your family or your children can be a difficult and daunting task. While most streamers mean well, some of them use profanity, talk about mature subjects, or generally cater their content to a more mature audience.

The streamers on this list rarely, if ever, swear on stream, are non-toxic and fun-to-watch. Despite their fame, some of these streamers are known to play with their viewers or random players in public lobbies. In addition, they post entertaining content and instructional guides and tips on how to get better at Fortnite. Needless to say, they are all insanely talented at the game. Well, maybe not TimTheTatman, but he’s still one of the most famous Fortnite streamers in the world.

Please Note:
Just because the streamer is on this list does not guarantee that their content will be one hundred percent family-friendly. Streams are live and anything can be said and anything can happen during a livestream. Especially when these streamers collaborate and party up with non-family-friendly streamers.

1.Obey Upshall (PS4)

5 Family-friendly Fortnite Streamers other than Ninja - Obey Upshall

With over 87 thousand followers on Twitch and 461 thousand subscribers on Youtube, Upshall has gone from small-time streamer to one of the most-watched PS4 Fortnite streamers in the world. His rise to fame started with Battlefield but exponentially grew ever since he switched over to Fortnite: Battle Royale. With an overabundance of Fortnite PC streamers and icons, PS4 players looked for their own idol in the franchise and found Upshall.

Upshall makes an effort to never use profanity on stream and strongly moderates the chat on his stream. He has a zero tolerance for toxic gamers on his chat. While he mixes up his stream every now and then—playing games like Realm Royale and Apex Legends—he keeps his main content focussed on Fortnite and often releases tips and tricks guides. Upshall has teamed up in the past with other huge names in the Fortnite scene including Ghost Aydan and Gronky.

2.TimTheTatman (PC)

5 Family-friendly Fortnite Streamers other than Ninja - TimTheTatmanOne of the most entertaining streamers in the game, TimTheTatman gained such a massive following by being the streamer that most players could relate to. Tim isn’t a Fortnite god by any means, and his lack of competitive skill is likely what makes him so relatable with the majority of gamers out there. While he isn’t going to be winning any solo skirmishes, he isn’t a newbie either and can hold his own in PC lobbies.

TimTheTatman’s personality and interests is what keeps his viewership high and his community active. He often talks on stream about his love of Jeeps, various television shows, and of course, tattoos. His loud and vocal rages on stream have been the talk of legend and happen often enough for numerous Youtube compilations to be made. He is famous or infamous for dying to fall damage, and thus often switches between Fortnite and Apex Legends (a battle royale game with no fall damage).

While his community tends to be more mature, Tim uses no profanity on stream and tends to party up with other famous streamers such as Ninja, Nickmercs, DrLupo, Hysteria, SypherPK, and many more. Please note: CouRageJD does occasionally participate in "after dark" streams with numerous streamers. These streams are done during the late hours of the night and may include more mature topics of discussion. Streamers during these streams will not censor themselves in terms of profanity.

3.CouRageJD (PC)

5 Family-friendly Fortnite Streamers other than Ninja - CouRageJDAs a frequent official commentator and announcer, CouRageJD is by far one of the most entertaining streamers of any gaming community, let alone Fortnite. If you’ve ever watched the big Fortnite competitive events at TwitchCon or the Summer Skirmish, CouRageJD’s voice is likely the voice you heard giving the live, play-by-play commentary. On top of being a strong player, able to hold his own with the likes of Nickmercs and Faze Cloakzy in his party, CouRageJD’s video uploads are always funny and incredibly well edited.

CouRageJD's content is generally suitable for all ages, and he keeps the swearing to a minimum. Please note: CouRageJD does occasionally participate in "after dark" streams with numerous streamers. These streams are done during the late hours of the night and may include more mature topics of discussion. Streamers during these streams will not censor themselves in terms of profanity.

4.Gronky (Xbox One)

5 Family-friendly Fortnite Streamers other than Ninja - GronkyWhile PC and PS4 Fortnite gamers have tons of streamers to choose from, the Xbox One doesn’t have that many players competing at the highest levels of the game. However, Gronky, recently signed with Ghost Gaming, is one of the best Xbox One Fortnite: Battle Royale players out there. He has a growing following of over 297 thousand subscribers on Youtube and frequently can be seen playing with some of the biggest names in the game including Obey Upshall and Ghost Aydan.

Gronky runs a relaxed, gameplay-focussed stream and frequently uploads video guides with numerous settings, tips, and how-to guides. For talented Xbox One Fortnite streamers, look no further than Ghost Gronky.

5. NickEh30 (PC)

5 Family-friendly Fortnite Streamers other than Ninja - NickEh30

We saved the best for last with the final streamer on this list. Youtube has been promoting NickEh30’s channel and for good reason. NickEh30 is insanely talented, kind-hearted, and a jack-of-all-trades. While most big streamers have a manager to create videos, schedule events, and deal with press, NickEh30 recently told Ninja in a stream together that he had been doing all of that himself. Hopefully, by now he has found someone to help take a load off of his busy schedule.

Nick is often seen on his stream playing with random players and fans in random duos and he even helps promote small-time streamers’ channels. NickEh30 never uses profanity on stream and encourages other people he streams with to follow his lead. He encourages weaker random players to work harder to get better at the game and provides tips on his channel how to do so. It should be noted that Nick does all of his livestreaming on Youtube, rather than Twitch.

Youtube Following: over 4.1 million subscribers

FYI Upshall isn’t In the same league of family friendly as Nick, He’s not f-bombing all over the place but he does slip up on the little words quite a lot. Shame as his videos are good in that they teach some of the mechanics etc.
