Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 features a brand new Battlepass with a whole host of new cosmetic rewards. However, grinding the game to progress through all of the Battlepass tiers can prove to be an incredibly time-consuming task. Many players are at a lower level than they’d like to be, but how exactly do you level up fast in this season of Fortnite? In this guide, you will be granted strategies on how to gain a large amount of XP to fast-track your way through Chapter 3 Season 4’s Battlepass.
How To Level Up Fast in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4
Completing Weekly Quests
One of the most convenient ways of leveling up fast in Fortnite is to complete your weekly quests, which typically release every Thursday and consist of 7 specific tasks to perform in the Battle Royale mode. Each quest will reward players with 20,000 XP upon completion, meaning players can gain a total of 140,000 XP a week just by completing the weekly quests alone. Players can complete all available quests at any point during the season, so don’t worry if you have not gotten to them yet. Completing Daily Quests
Completing Daily Quests is another way of earning consistent XP rewards. Everyday players are given 3 daily quests each offering a reward of 1,000 XP upon completion. The quests themselves are rather simple to complete and range from tasks such as gaining 100 shield to upgrading weapons at an Upgrade Bench. What is even more surprising is that players who party up with friends can share Daily Quests, thus making them easier to complete in a short space of time. Furthermore, players are also granted a 15,000 XP daily bonus when completing their daily quests, totaling up to 48,000 XP a day.
Completing Milestone Quests
Milestone Quests are a set of quests each consisting of 20 stages. Upon completing each stage, players are rewarded with 6,000 XP which totals 120,000 XP per quest. The tasks for each quest are simple and range from catching items while fishing to traveling a certain distance while riding a boar or wolf. However, the criteria of these tasks will increase with each subsequent stage meaning that players will have to grind each quest to its fullest. But, if you are willing to put in the work, then this is a viable way of getting a decent amount of XP fast.
Opening Chest, Supply Drops, Ammo Boxes, and other Containers
Opening Chests, Supply Drops, and Ammo Boxes only reward players with a small amount of XP. However, with how much looting the average player tends to do throughout the course of a game, opening a high amount of containers can award players with a decent amount of XP. This is why it is important not to break Chests and other items throughout the course of a match as players are missing out on a consistent stream of XP.
A particular strategy for finding Supply Drops, Chests, Ammo Boxes, and other containers is to head to High-Security Vaults around the island. These vaults will require two keys to open but will offer players a tonne of containers to open and thus offer a decent amount of XP in return. Unsure about where to find the vaults in Fortnite? Then make sure to check out the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Vault Locations Guide here at KeenGamer.
Players might not know this but Slurp Barrels also grant XP when harvested, so although it may be more efficient to place down a cone to destroy all the barrels, you are missing out on forwarding your Battlepass progress by not harvesting them. Fruit from Reality Saplings is another alternative for getting quick XP mainly because you can interact with those belonging to other players, so make sure to open them with the interact button instead of harvesting them with your pickaxe.
Getting High Eliminations
It is no surprise that getting eliminations in Fortnite grants players XP, and it’s even less surprising that players that get high eliminations in their games will obtain a hefty amount of XP. Unfortunately, playing regular Battle Royale might not be the best way to rack up a high amount of eliminations, for the average player, due to players only having a single life. Team Rumble, however, can be a viable option for obtaining high eliminations because players will respawn after being eliminated, meaning that you can eliminate the same player multiple times throughout the course of a game.
Playing Creative games can be a surefire way of gaining a lot of eliminations due to the sheer amount of PVP maps available. SypherPK’s Pit is one Creative island where players can rack up a serious amount of XP via eliminations because the game mode features PVP combat with unlimited respawns. Furthermore, this Creative island also offers in-game quests for players to complete in order to gain rewards.
