Epic introduced Exotic weapons in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5. Exotic weapons are unique ones, which are a bit better than standard ones, you can only obtain from NPC (non-player controlled) characters who sell them. There are six Exotic weapons available at NPC character locations on the season six map. These are the six Exotic weapons in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 and the locations you can equip them.

1. Grappler Bow
The Grappler Bow is a bow and arrow, not a gun. That might not sound especially appealing, but it has a headshot multiplier of 2.5 and inflicts 89 damage per shot. Thus, this weapon can inflict fatal headshots.
You can acquire the Grappler Bow in the Stealthy Stronghold jungle. There you’ll find Lara Croft (yup, the Tomb Raider chick) who’s selling the Grappler for 500 gold. Furthermore, you can also hire Ms. Croft to join you in a Fortnite match.
2. Chug Cannon
The Chug Cannon isn’t exactly a weapon because you can’t kill hostiles with it. This is a healing item that’s comparable to the Bandage Bazooka. You can utilize this cannon to replenish health for yourself and your teammates.
To equip the Chug Cannon, head to the factory at Slurpy Swamp. There you’ll find the Slurp Jonesy NPC character in the factory. He’s selling the Chug Cannon for 600 gold bars.
3. Shadow Tracker Pistol
Shadow Tracker is a pistol gun that’s been in the game since season five. This pistol has a high fire rate but low damage per shot. However, Shadow Tracker still has a pretty good DPS (damage per second) stat of 195.7 thanks to its fire rate. Furthermore, this gun marks opponents’ locations for your teammates after you’ve hit enemies with it.
You can acquire a Shadow Tracker at the Apres Ski Landmark within map grid reference E8. Power Chord is selling the gun at Apres Ski for 400 gold bars. PC is also another hirable NPC character.
4. Hop Rock Dualies
This is a set of dual pistols with a double-round burst of fire. With its dual fire, the Hop Rock has a higher damage stat than the Shadow Tracker. Yet, Hop Rock’s DPS statistic of 170 is lower than Shadow Tracker’s DPS stat because of its poorer fire rate.
You can find the Hop Rock Dualies gun at the Durr Burger restaurant (not the food truck) Landmark that’s just west of Weeping Woods. The map grid reference for that POI is B6. There you can snap up a Hop Rock from Gutbomb for 500 gold bars.
5. Unstable Bow
The Unstable Bow is another bow and arrow weapon in Fortnite. It has the same damage per second and 2.5x headshot multiplier statistics as the Grappler Bow. However, the one notable difference is that the Unstable Bow becomes the Flame Bow, Stink Bow, Mechanical Explosive Bow, or the Shockwave Bow after every fired shot!
To grab this weapon, go to the house near the Fort Crumpet Landmark (grid reference A3) shown in the screenshot directly below. There you’ll find the Rebirth Raven NPC character. Have a word with Rebirth Raven to snap up Unstable Bow for 500 gold.
6. Dub Shotgun
Dub is a double-barrel shotgun that inflicts heavy damage. It has a damage rating of 129 and a relatively low fire rate. This shotgun’s DPS statistic of 228 is the highest of the Exotic weapons listed here.
To get your hands on a Dub, head to the Steamy Stacks power plant and look for Burnout. Note that Burnout is just outside, not inside, the power plant. That NPC character sells Dub for 600 gold.
The above Exotic weapons in Fortnite can give you an edge against players armed with standard gear. You can see the exact NPC character locations for them on the Fortnite Interactive Map. Note that those Exotic weapons may or may not be available in future Fortnite seasons at the locations specified.
