Here is what you’ll need to do to unlock the Neymar Jr. skin (outfit) in Fortnite Battle Royale. With the latest update, Neymar is available to unlock as part of the Chapter 2 Season 6 Battle Pass; therefore, you must have the pass in order to do the quests. Alongside the skin, you can unlock a soccer ball toy, loading screen, built-in emote, harvesting tool, back bling, spray, emoticon, emote, glider, and an additional style.

All of the quests can be completed in Team Rumble. This is the best mode to play in because you can respawn if you die, and it will be a lot safer. You will be required to go to Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, and Dirty Docks – prioritize the locations that are on your team’s side of the map.

1. Talk to a Soccer Character

At each point of interest mentioned above, there will be a small pitch with a goal with a relevant NPC nearby. All you have to do for this first quest is to interact with any one of these NPCs to speak with them. This will unlock the Soccer Ball Emote Toy. Use the images below to see the exact locations within the POIs.

In Pleasant Park, it is to the South in the center – the one that’s always been a part of this POI. For Holly Hedges, head just North of the house furthest to the East. Finally, the pitch in Dirty Docks is located to the South-East next to the shipping container area.

2. Do Five Quests from Soccer Characters

While speaking to the characters, you have the option to start a quest from them to earn gold bars. You can only do two from each character per game. Depending on the storm movement, it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to visit more than one character per game, so it will probably take you about three games to do all five.

You will unlock the Matador Loading Screen after completing three quests and the Neymar Jr. skin itself once you’ve done five.

3. Get Three Eliminations as Neymar

Now that you’ve got the Fortnite Neymar skin itself, you must equip it to complete the rest of the challenges. All three of the remaining challenges could be finished in the same game of Team Rumble. Aim to get three kills while moving around the map when doing the other two objectives.

To get the ‘Shhh.’ built-in emote that transforms Neymar into the mech-like form, you must simply get three eliminations. Just make sure to loot some weapons and head towards the safe zone where all the fighting is happening. However, as a lot of people use Team Rumble for challenges (especially now with the Neymar quests) and then quit the game when they’re done so it may take some time to find three people to eliminate.

4. Score a Goal at One Location as Neymar

Return to one of the pitches and then just use the soccer ball toy to score a goal. This will unlock the Jaguar Strike Pickaxe. A confetti explosion will indicate a goal, but it isn’t exactly hard as long as no one is trying to kill you, and your entire team isn’t also doing the same thing and getting in the way.

The Soccer Ball is the first toy to be added in Chapter 2.

5. Drop Kick a Ball as Neymar

Finally, the last listed quest requires you to use the soccer ball toy again and kick it 500 meters. To do this, head to a tall mountain, aim up at at least 45 degrees and activate the toy. By aiming up, Neymar will tee the ball for a dropkick (or volley) rather than kicking it from the floor. This doesn’t have to be done in a single kick, so just do wait for the ball to land and repeat unlock; it pops up that you’ve reached 500 meters.

This challenge unlocks the Joia Trophy Back Bling that comes with a Golden ball alternate style.

Additional Unlocks

To get the additional items and alternate styles, you need to complete a certain amount of Chapter 2 Season 6 Epic Quests, which are the purple ones. The number of quests you must complete are as follows:

  • 45: I’m Ready! Spray.
  • 49: Stealth Shot Emoticon.
  • 52: Hang Loose Celebration Emote.
  • 56: Aerial Acrobat Glider.
  • 60: Exhibition Style for the Neymar skin, pickaxe, and glider.
