Fortnite: Galactic Battle is celebrating the season of the Force with many new characters from the Star Wars franchise. The marketing around the event has showed fans some of the characters they might play as or encounter. While it’s no surprise that some of these characters have made an appearance, there are a few gems in the lineup that Star Wars fans are sure to be shocked by.
Darth Jar Jar
It has finally happened. The meme of Darth Jar Jar has become a reality.

A new Darth Jar Jar skin will be available to players through the Item Shop. This has caused quite the stir online. Darth Jar Jar has long been a fan favorite unconfirmed theory, and Lucasfilm has now thrown fans a bone in the form of this Fortnite skin.
Mace Windu
The titular Jedi with the purple saber is going to be a new skin available in the Item Shop. However, that is not the only way fans can interact with the character.

Mace Windu is said to be coming on May 8th to train players in the ways of the Force. The Jedi will appear as a hologram. Training with Windu will earn players a purple lightsaber of their own, as well as the Force Pull ability.
Darth Maul
Darth Maul is rumored to join the game around the time of Mace Windu. Balancing his light side counterpart, Maul will teach players to Force Throw with a red blade.
The Original Four
Luke, Leia, and Han Solo are all a part of Galactic Battle as well. There is not much information at the moment about what part they will play, but it’s sure to please fans of the original trilogy to see the trio together once again.

Chewbacca is set to join the game at a later date. Of course, he will bring his favorite bowcaster to the battle.
Mandalorian
The Mandalorians are ready to join the fight, joining the season on the 22nd. Players will be able to meet various different kinds of Mandalorians and play with all the fun gear they bring with them.

Battle Pass Premium Rewards
Apprentice Evie, Poe Dameron, Wookie Team Leader, and Emperor Palpatine will all be premium rewards in the Battle Pass.

General Grievous will be an unlockable outfit later in the season.

Players can complete tasks to unlock and play as the iconic cyborg.
Captain Phasma
Captain Phasma is ready to fight players who infiltrate the First Order base. If they can beat her in combat, they will be rewarded with her blaster and medallion.
Darth Vader
Players can also challenge Darth Vader Samurai.

The Sith lord can be found in his fortress. For those brave enough to face him, they must first get through Vader’s stormtrooper guard.
