Apex Legends Season 5 Trailer Shows Off Loba’s Abilities

Season 5 of Apex Legends is just around the corner, and with that comes a first look at a new Legend, Loba. But there still could be plenty of other big changes in store with Respawn Entertainment hinting that Kings Canyon might be getting another makeover.

Apex Legends Season 5 Loba

With Apex Legends Season 5: Fortune’s Favor just a week away, Respawn Entertainment released a thrilling new trailer teasing a few of the things that players can expect.

In the launch trailer we get to see that the latest Legend joining the team is Loba, a high society socialite who is also an extremely skilled thief. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Loba though. In the Apex Legends season 4 trailer we now know that the young girl who witnessed both of her parents being killed by Revenant is actually Loba – although, she is now grown up and out to seek her revenge.

When she was nine years old, Loba Andrade witnessed her parents’ murders at the hands of the simulacrum Revenant. Orphaned and tossed into the system, Loba fought tooth and nail to overcome the adversity of her childhood. She grew up to become a famous high society socialite by day, and the Outlands’ most infamous thief by night. Now, her parents’ seemingly immortal killer has re-emerged, and she’s tracked him to the Apex Games. She’s looking for answers, treasure, and a way to take the one thing that’s always been out of her reach: revenge.

From the Apex Legends Season 5 trailer we can see multiple times that Loba uses a device that she is able to throw and then teleport to that location. On top of that it appears that Skull Town has been destroyed, so we are likely to expect some changes to Kings Canyon.
