The Sims 4 will receive its first set of free base game content on January 13th, 2026 when the Coach Collection arrives in the game. A total of 9 new items will be added to Create-A-Sim and Build Mode, as well as content for the Gallery, bringing luxury to The Sims 4. Let’s look at exactly what we can expect to get when this update drops.
Coach Create-A-Sim Items
Some new clothing items and accessories which are favourites from the Coach Collection will find their way into Create-A-Sim in The Sims 4. These include Soho sneakers, stylish jackets, trendy t-shirts, and sleek skirts. Your Sims will easily turn heads in their new threads, whether they’re hitting the streets on a casual trip out or heading out to a fabulous party.
Coach Build Mode Content
Since your Sims are getting all made up in Coach wear, why not deck out your Sim’s home with two luxurious Coach bags: Tabby and Brooklyn, to show off their style? These decorative bags will be available in the catalog to display at home.
That’s not all! If you’ve played The Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion Pack, you might be familiar with the trunk object, where you can dress your Sims up in fun costumes. This update adds a new free trunk with Coach outfits that your Sims will be ready to dress up in a heartbeat.

Coach Styled Room and Occupied Lot from the Gallery
If you like downloading pre-built Lots and Styled Rooms from The Sims 4 Gallery, and you can’t get enough of the Coach Collection, there are two additions to look out for.
First is the In The Bag styled room, which features the decorative Coach bags and new Coach trunk, so your Sims have a Coach Collection room ready at hand.
If a room isn’t enough for you, there’s also The Carriage House, a pre-made Lot occupied by a household of fashionista roommates. Meet gifted musician and gym enthusiast Jonie Bag (he/him), keen musician and gamer Brooke Lynn (they/them), and hopeless romantic Selena Zhiwei (she/her).
The Sims 4 Coach Collection Release Date and Platforms
The Coach Collection in The Sims 4 will be added to the base game completely for free via an update due to drop January 13th. This update applies to all available platforms for The Sims 4, including PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
