A music festival is coming to The Sims 4, and you and your Sims are invited! For the first time ever in the history of The Sims, a live in-game music festival titled “Sims Sessions” is coming exclusively to The Sims 4. It will begin at 10 am PT on June 29 and will end at 10 pm PT on July 7. Some big artists are set to debut their hit songs in Simlish (the made-up language in The Sims), and the line-up includes Bebe Rexha, Glass Animals, and Joy Oladokun.
The event will play as a real music festival, complete with food stands so your Sims can grab a snack, tents so your Sims can catch some sleep, and of course, a stage where your Sims will gather so they can watch the artists perform. Your Sims will also be able to buy artist-themed merchandise and run their own craft sales table. Once the live performances from the artists finish, that doesn’t mean the show has to end. Your Sims will be able to get on the stage and perform themselves, whether it’s to sing or play the piano.
Alongside the in-game Sims Sessions festival, another Sims event will be taking place. On TikTok, a virtual karaoke challenge will take place, inviting Sims players to test their skills at Simlish as they sing Bebe Rexha’s new hit song “Sabotage”, which will be performed in-game during Sims Sessions.
Sims Sessions is a totally free event for all Sims 4 players. All you need is The Sims 4 with all the latest updates installed. Additionally, The Sims 4 is currently available at a reduced price, so if you don’t yet have the game and you want to check out this exclusive event, this might be a great opportunity to grab the game.
