- There are lots of empty Lots to build on.
- All the Lots are well designed and attractive.
- It includes 6 neighborhoods (including the big park), each offering something different.
- It’s home to some iconic Sims.
- It’s a great place for finding collectibles.
- If you have The Sims 4 Seasons, you experience the best of all four seasons.
Climate in Willow Creek (Seasons Expansion)
If you want to experience all four seasons, then Willow Creek is the perfect place for that. You’ll get to savor the joys of spring, summer, fall, and winter as they come and go. Lots in Willow Creek
There are lots of, well, Lots, in Willow Creek. In fact, this world probably competes with having the most Lots in any world in The Sims 4. We’ll guide you through each of the 5 neighborhoods, plus the big park, and break down in detail what you can find at each Lot, whether they’re an empty or occupied residential, or a commercial Lot. We’ll also look at the hidden area that can be discovered, Sylvian Glade.
Courtyard Lane
Description: “Courtyard Lane offers affordable homes for the upwardly mobile set. Classic styling mingles with larger shotguns and more expansive homes.”

Brook Bungalow
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §91,681 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Bedrooms | 3 |
Bathrooms | 2 |
This place might have the word Bungalow in its name, but don’t mistake it for being small. This is the biggest property in the Courtyard Lane neighborhood, and the most expensive vacant home. It’s an ideal size for a biggish family.
- Ground Floor: There’s a porch stretching across the front of the house. From the hallway, there’s a kitchen and dining room on the left, then a living room on the right. At the top end is a bathroom.
- Backyard: In the back, there’s a moderately-sized fenced-off portion containing a bench, grill, garden planters, and even a set of monkey bars. There’s plenty more space on offer though, so if you like, you can either extend or even remove the fences to give yourself a bigger space.
- First Floor: On the next floor up is a landing with a study area. Off the landing are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You can also find 2 balconies.

Pique Hearth
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | Yes (Pancakes Household) |
Cost | §120,945 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | 2 |
Bathrooms | 2 |
Lot Traits | Homey |
Aside from Brook Bungalow, Pique Hearth is probably the most lavish and attractive home in Courtyard Lane. It’s also the most expensive, naturally. It’s also home to the famous Pancakes family. Note how Bob and Eliza have separate bedrooms.
- Basement: This is the only property in the whole of Willow Creek to have a basement. It functions as a cool hangout space, furnished with a personal bar, jukebox, TV, and workout equipment.
- Ground Floor: There’s a lot of space on the ground floor, which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and even a sunroom around the back.
- Backyard: The back garden has been lovingly-landscaped, and includes seating, garden planters, and even a shed containing a woodworking table.
- First Floor: There’s lots to find upstairs! There are Bob and Eliza’s separate bedrooms, but there’s also two bathrooms, a small child’s room, and a study.

Potters Splay
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §2,500 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | None |
Bathrooms | None |
Potters Splay is the empty Lot of Courtyard Lane. It might not look that big at first glance, but it’s surprising how much you can get into a 30 x 20 Lot. You only need to look at the other Lots in the neighborhood to see an example.
Rindle Rose
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §35,074 |
Size | 20 x 15 |
Bedrooms | 2 |
Bathrooms | 1 |
Rindle Rose is the smallest property of Courtyard Lane, but it’s just out of reach for starter Sims. It’s a good place to live if you have a single Sim, a couple, or even a small family. It’s a nice cozy house that shouldn’t be overlooked.
At Rindle Rose, you can find a nicely landscaped front yard, a front porch, living space/kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedrooms are exactly the same size, and they can both be double bedrooms.
- Rindle Rose.

Riverside Roost
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §40,114 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | 2 |
Bathrooms | 2 |
Riverside Roost has an unusual design, being long shaped that goes sideways. Therefore, you might find it easier playing this Lot facing the side of the house, not the front.
- Ground Floor: At the front, you’ll find a living space/study/dining. Along the hallway in a separate room is the kitchen. If you like, you can delete these walls to make it all open plan. At the back, there’s a bathroom and bedroom. Although the pre-furnished bedroom is designed for a single Sim, it can easily work as a double bedroom.
- Backyard: Outside are two porches; a bigger one out front and a much smaller one to the back right. There is a backyard, but it’s not been specially landscaped or has any significant features, so feel free to use your creativity and place whatever you like out here. There’s even room for a swimming pool!
- First Floor: There’s less space upstairs, but you’ll still find a bedroom and a bathroom, plus a balcony. If you want, you can remove the roof from the front of the house and extend the first floor to give yourself some extra rooms.

Crawdad Quarter
Description: “Crawdad Quarter is the heart of Willow Creek. All of the town’s liveliness, from parks to nightlife, can be found in this neighborhood.”
- Crawdad Quarter.
- Behind the museum.
- Fishing spots.
- Play area.
Blue Velvet
Lot Type | Nightclub |
Cost | §93,558 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Do you like jazz? Then you’ll like the Blue Velvet club, a cool hangout for older Sims who want to have a drink or groove to some tunes, day or night. There’s a piano as well as a microphone for entertaining visitors. This is a good spot if your Sim wants to gather some tips from busking. There’s not much upstairs, except for the restrooms and a balcony. If you want to spend a moment outside, there’s a bench by a fountain in the courtyard.
Generally, this is a good place to meet up with friends or go on a romantic date, especially if your Sim enjoys drinking or music.

Movers & Shakers
Lot Type | Gym |
Cost | §85,139 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Sims looking for a good workout have come to the right place with Movers & Shakers, Willow Creek’s gym. You’ll find plenty of equipment to work out with here, including punching bags, workout equipment, and treadmills. If you want a break between working out, head upstairs to the lounge for a rest or catch up with friends, or grab a quick shower.
There’s an outdoor courtyard, but there’s not really much here. If you wish, you could alter this space and add in a swimming pool. There’s plenty of room for it, and Willow Creek doesn’t have a public pool.
- Movers & Shakers.

- Ground floor of Movers & Shakers.

Municipal Muses
Lot Type | Museum |
Cost | §122,873 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Municipal Muses is Willow Creek’s local museum, specializing in history and art. It also includes a big garden with lots of seating if you want to take some time outside enjoying the sights and sounds of the peaceful neighborhood.
Inside, you’ll find two floors. Downstairs are some restrooms and artwork to admire, as well as benches to sit on. Upstairs is more artwork, but also some easels if you fancy daubing away.
Something else worth mentioning is the mini bar on the back porch, if you want your Sim to practice their Mixology or rustle up some drinks. There’s also a grand piano if you want to play a tune or two.
Municipal Muses is a peaceful location, a place where art lovers can come and view some art, but also work on some creative skills. It’s a great place to spend some quiet time.

Willow Creek Archive
Lot Type | Library |
Cost | §103,410 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
The Willow Creek Archive, aka the library, is the perfect place to read books, use the computer, play chess, and there’s even a play room for younger Sims. While it is a good space for studying and working, it also functions well as a hangout spot, if you want to meet up with friends or even make new ones.

Foundry Cove
Description: “Located in southern Willow Creek, Foundry Cove has lots of character (and its share of characters). Residents enjoy modest homes with a canal nearby for fishing and a charming active railroad.”
- Foundry Cove
- Foundry Cove community garden.
Bargain Bend
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §2,000 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | None |
Bathrooms | None |
If you want to build something from scratch, or find an empty Lot to place something new, then Bargain Bend is your answer to that in Foundry Cove. It’s got enough space to build something decent, and it’s right next door to a fishing spot if you have any keen anglers.
Crick Cabana
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §13,268 |
Size | 20 x 15 |
Bedrooms | 2 |
Bathrooms | 1 |
Crick Cabana is a good choice for a household just starting out, especially as it’s affordable and has two bedrooms as opposed to just one. The only downside compared to Daisy Hovel is there is less space for expansion, unless you plan to expand up with an extra level or down into the basement. There’s a little space for outdoors, but don’t think you’ll have room for a pool or placing bigger objects like rocket ships.
Inside the house is a living room/kitchen/dining space, with a double bedroom right at the back, a smaller bedroom on the right, and a small bathroom opposite. There’s also a small front porch.
- Crick Cabana.
- Ground floor of Crick Cabana.
Daisy Hovel
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §15,891 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | 1 |
Bathrooms | 1 |
This house is fit for a single Sim or a couple. It’s also easily affordable as a starter home. It may not look like much, but it’s got flexibility for expansion. You can add another floor or two, or extend the house along, since there’s plenty of space left over, unless you want to use that to landscape the backyard further.
Inside, you’ll find a living room with a kitchen. At the back is one bedroom and one bathroom. If you like smaller spaces, you’ll have fun decorating this place to your heart’s content.
- Daisy Hovel.
- Ground floor of Daisy Hovel.
Garden Essence
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | Yes (BFF Household) |
Cost | §85,545 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Bedrooms | 3 |
Bathrooms | 1 |
Lot Traits | Convivial |
Garden Essence is easily the most lavish house in Foundry Cove, already occupied by the BFFs (Travis, Liberty, and Summer).
- Ground Floor: There’s a front porch, and inside is a large living space/kitchen/dining room. Down the hallway, you’ll find 3 bedrooms plus a bathroom.
- Backyard: The back garden is closed in, but it is huge. There’s a porch with a grill, and a swimming pool!

Streamlet Single
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §15,415 |
Size | 20 x 15 |
Bedrooms | 1 |
Bathrooms | 1 |
Streamlet Single is similar to Daisy Hovel, having just one bedroom and bathroom, and similarly priced. It’s a nice little starter home though for a single Sim or a couple, with potential for expansion.
This home contains a front porch, small garden space, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
- Streamlet Single.
- Ground floor of Streamlet Single.
Sylvian Glade
Sylvian Glade isn’t a Lot, but a hidden area, which you can find in Foundry Cove. Getting there is very simple. You don’t need any skills or equipment. Here’s how you unlock the area:
- To the back right of Crick Cabana (the top end of Foundry Cove), there’s a special-looking tree. You can interact with this tree.
- First, use the View interaction 2 times.
- You’ll unlock Water. Do this 2 times and View again.
- You can now talk to the tree with interactions such as Discuss Nature and Compliment Leaves. Do so 2 times.
- An entrance way will appear in the tree trunk, and a new interaction called Explore will become available. Select this to enter the tree, where an off-screen adventure begins.
- Select the following options when prompted. If you choose the wrong one, you’ll return to the entrance and have to start again:
- Follow the Sound
- Follow Downstream
- Enter the Mist
- You’ll now unlock Sylvian Glade. When prompted, select Travel, then OK to confirm.
- From this point on, you can travel to Sylvian Glade any time you want. However, you’ll need to travel to Foundry Cove to access the tree to get there each time.
- The special tree in Foundry Cove.
- Stage 1: View Tree
- Stage 2: Water Tree
- Stage 3: Talk to Tree
- Stage 4: Follow Correct Path
- Stage 5: Travel to Glade
Sylvian Glade is a beautiful tranquil spot where no other Sims visit. Here, you can collect wild plants, go fishing, and go frog hunting. Note that there aren’t any amenities here, such as restrooms or even a place to sit, so keep an eye on your Sims’ Needs.
- Sylvian Glade.
- Fishing at Sylvian Glade.
Magnolia Blossom Park
Description: “Magnolia Blossom Park is a historic park where Willow Creek inhabitants from all walks of life can come together to enjoy nature in a lush, green environment.”
Lot Type | Park |
Cost | §69,642 |
Size | 50 x 50 |
Magnolia Blossom Park is what you might call the ultimate beauty hangout spot of Willow Creek. It’s where you go to be at one with nature, while meeting other Sims as well. This place is huge, extending well beyond the official Park Lot. Here’s a rundown of everything you can find here:
- Chess tables
- A play area with a pirate ship and monkey bars
- Grills and picnic tables
- Tables and seating
- Restrooms
- A pond for fishing and frog hunting
- Magnolia Blossom.
- Magnolia Blossom Park.

- Pendula View.
- Tram at Pendula View.
- Play area at Pendula View.
- Pendula View community garden.
Hallow Slough
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §5,500 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | None |
Bathrooms | None |
Hallow Slough is Pendula View’s empty property. Nothing has been built here at all, so feel free to construct your dream home, or even a commercial property. This Lot backs off to a park, making it an ideal spot.
Ophelia Villa
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | Yes (Goth Household) |
Cost | §226,386 |
Size | 30 x 20 |
Bedrooms | 3 |
Bathrooms | 2 |
Lot Traits | Great Acoustics |
Ophelia Villa, home to the Goth family – and this place certainly is Gothic! You can redecorate if the dark colors aren’t your style, but this property is so classy and iconic, it’s kind of hard to make changes to it. This home truly is decked out with the Goth family in mind!
- Ground Floor: From the ornate hallway, you can find a large parlor room, a kitchen, and dining room.
- Backyard: There’s not much to find outside, except a small graveyard and fountain. There’s plenty of potential for expansion in the backyard.
- First Floor: From the landing, there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Second Floor: Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find another bedroom (presumably Mortimer and Bella’s), a bathroom, small study, and even a small cupboard room.

Parkshore
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §101,951 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Bedrooms | 4 |
Bathrooms | 3 |
Parkshore is another beautifully landscaped and designed property, empty and free to be moved into. It’s more affordable than Umbrage Manor, but too far out of reach for any starter households. Also, it’s got the advantage of having more bedrooms and bathrooms than the more expensive manor. One thing to note is that Parkshore is designed as a long-shaped building, so it may be easier to view and play this property from a side view instead of looking in from the street.
- Ground Floor: The porch extends around the front of the house. Inside, you’ll find a long-shaped living room/study space. Off this space is a downstairs bathroom. At the top end is the kitchen and dining rooms. On the right side is another porch leading onto the backyard.
- Backyard: Around the back of the house, you can find a fenced-in area complete with some seating and a grill.
- First Floor: Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, two of them decorated for kids in mind, plus a bathroom. Strangely, this property is stated to have 3 bathrooms, but there only appears to be two. Still, you can always add another one in!

Umbrage Manor
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §157,882 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Bedrooms | 3 |
Bathrooms | 2 |
This is a large classic-style home, ideal for a family to live in. It is the most expensive vacant home in Pendula View, but not as outrageously expensive as the ones in Sage Estates.
- Ground Floor: From the porch into the hallway, on the left you’ll find the separate kitchen and dining rooms. On the right is the large living room. A bathroom with a bathtub can be found on this side of the manor as well.
- Backyard: The back garden is walled in and perhaps not as extensively big as some other gardens, but it’s still big enough. It’s nicely landscaped with some garden planters and a table-and-chair set-up. You might be able to fit a swimming pool in this backyard, but not a huge one.
- First Floor: Up the stairs from the landing, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, including a child’s bedroom, which has its own balcony. You can reorganize this space so the adults have the balcony instead of the younger members. There’s also only one bathroom that everyone will have to share, unless you want to build a second upstairs bathroom.

Sage Estates
Description: “Willow Creek’s most desirable area. Sage Estates features large, sprawling estates, lush landscaping, and the best high society has to offer.”

Cypress Terrace
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | Yes (Spencer-Kim-Lewis Household) |
Cost | §232,512 |
Size | 40 x 30 |
Bedrooms | 5 |
Bathrooms | 5 |
Lot Traits | Natural Light |
Cypress Terrace is a gorgeous modern mansion set in picturesque Sage Estates. It is also home to the largest household in Willow Creek: the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household. It is set on a hill and even has its own driveway. Cypress Terrace is a huge property, so let’s break it down so we can give you a tour:
- Ground Floor: An open-plan hallway and living room, which leads into the kitchen. There’s also a small foyer leading off the main hallway. From the hallway, you can find a small bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, you can find a double bedroom, complete with its own bathroom. Finally, there’s an indoor garden with some empty planters if you want to do some gardening.
- Backyard: Outside, you can find a seating area, a large swimming pool with some sun loungers, and some garden planters.
- First Floor: There’s a big landing on this level, which leads to several rooms, including a child’s bedroom, and a double bedroom with a bathroom and balcony.
- Second Floor: Lots more can be found on the top floor, including a large landing with an area including an easel, child’s activity table, and grand piano. Rooms leading off from the landing include a classic-style bedroom with a modern bathroom, another bedroom and bathroom, and a balcony.
Cypress Terrace is a very attractive home, but beware that if you want to boot out the household living there and move another family in, they’re going to need a TON of cash to do so. Fancy homes don’t come cheap! If they do have the funds though, it’s guaranteed to be well worth it.

Oakenstead
Lot Type | Residential |
Occupied | No |
Cost | §231,138 |
Size | 50 x 50 |
Bedrooms | 4 |
Bathrooms | 3 |
This is the other mansion available in Sage Estates, but unlike Cypress Terrace, Oakenstead is totally vacant, ready to move a new family in. However, it carries a similar hefty price tag to Cypress Terrace, but if your Sims can afford it, why not live in luxury in one of the most lavish neighborhoods in Willow Creek? Also, Oakenstead has a more classic-style to it compared to the more modern Cypress Terrace (although you can always redecorate if this isn’t to your taste).
Here’s a quick tour of Oakenstead:
- Ground Floor: Entering via the large front porch, you can find a large living space, with a dining room next door. The huge kitchen can also be found on the ground level. There’s lots of space to place down different kitchen appliances and gizmos if you want to experiment and whip up wonderful culinary delights! There’s a small bathroom downstairs as well.
- Backyard: In a walled area, you can find a table with a grill nearby. The garden also includes a gazebo your Sims can sit out at and enjoy the views of the neighborhood. There are also a few garden planters to find.
- First Floor: Upstairs are four large bedrooms, plus two medium-sized bathrooms. There’s also a large balcony leading off the landing, and the back bedroom has its own balcony with an easel.
Oakenstead might not be quite as big and elaborate as Cypress Terrace, but don’t think it’s a downgrade. This is still a beautiful home, especially for a wealthy family. It has a lot of potential for living a happy life, pursuing careers and hobbies, as well as potential for redecoration if the current style isn’t much to your taste.

Residents of Willow Creek
Willow Creek has some of the most iconic residents in The Sims 4. These include the famous Goth family, not to mention the group of Sims from the MySims franchise. Let’s not forget the Pancakes either!
Altogether, there are 4 pre-made families living in Willow Creek, one in each of the four residential neighborhoods. You can learn more about these families and the individual members in more detail.
BFF Household
Residence: Garden Essence
Funds: §9,000
If you’ve played MySims, the spin-off game from The Sims, these 3 Sims might be familiar to you. Travis Scott, Liberty Lee, and Summer Holiday come straight from this very game, retrofitted for The Sims 4.
If you’re not familiar with who they are or their general backstory, it’s basically that Summer and Liberty both have feelings for Travis. Who you choose to partner him up with is entirely up to you, as both girls are very sweet and deserving in their own ways. Whatever happens, these 3 Sims will always be the best of friends.
Compared to Summer, Liberty’s a little geekier. She even has the Geek trait! She also works in the Astronaut career, and has the Nerd Brain Aspiration assigned to her. She’s a cute and endearing character, one that you’ll enjoy playing and see where life takes her.

Summer is much more outgoing, bolder, and braver than Liberty. She might have an easier time winning over Travis, but then again, maybe Liberty is more Travis’ type? Summer currently works in the Culinary career, but if I’m being honest, I always saw her doing something else, maybe pursuing the Athletic career, since she’s active? It’s not too late to change career paths, especially as she’s in the very early stages and hasn’t advanced much in her culinary skills.

Is Travis really aware that his two best friends have crushes on him, or is he too absorbed with other things in his life, like his computer? It wouldn’t surprise me, knowing what he was like in MySims Kingdom. Still, he eventually realized in the end. If you want Travis to be more flexible with his time and feel his career is holding him back, switch him out with the Freelance Programmer career instead.

Goth Household
Residence: Ophelia Villa
Funds: §45,500
Any player of The Sims knows exactly who the Goth family are. They’ve been around since the very first game and are simply iconic. The Sims wouldn’t be the same without them! How will you play them in The Sims 4? Unlike The Sims 2, Bella’s still around, and happily married with Mortimer and their children Cassandra and Alexander, so make the most of this happy family set-up.
Alexander is the youngest member of the Goth family. He seems like a brainy box, so getting his grades up to an A should be no problem at all. He seems to have the potential to do really well in life, no matter what pursuit you send him on.

Does Bella Goth really need an introduction? She’s probably the most famous character in The Sims. Here in The Sims 4, she’s working in the Secret Agent career. It makes you wonder if this had something to do with her disappearance in The Sims 2.
By the way, if you get The Sims 4 Secret Sanctuary Kit, which is inspired by Bella herself, you can deck out Bella and her home with objects and fashion fitted just for her.

It’s hard to imagine that in The Sims 2, Cassandra may (or may not) end up married to Don Lothario. I say she’s better off without him! Cassandra has so much potential, with an interest in musical pursuits. Perhaps she’ll one day meet a Sim who is far more suited to her and will treat her well.

Pancakes Household
Residence: Pique Hearth
Funds: §20,000
When you look at Bob and Eliza Pancakes, you wonder how they ever got married, or even got together at all! They’re so different to each other, and so separate. There’s hardly any “togetherness” about them. Still, they’re living in the same house together, so they must at least be able to tolerate each other. Their relationship isn’t necessarily over though. Maybe they could find it in themselves to fall in love again and renew their partnership?
You might wonder if Bob and Eliza would be better off splitting up completely and living in separate households, starting again with trying to find new partners or just living alone. However, if you ask me, I think they work better together… at least for now. I think having them apart would seem odd, but again, that’s entirely your choice how you tell their story.
Bob Pancakes, aka Mr Gloomy. His traits doesn’t exactly inspire much. He’s messy, miserable, and likes to be alone. But maybe this could be used to your advantage? With Bob’s interest in cooking, it might give him something to focus on.

Eliza Pancakes takes no fools. With her mind set on money and a fancy home, she has no time for sloppiness. Her money-mindedness and picky perfectionism might rub people like Bob the wrong way. However, she does appear to have the aptitude to work hard and make something of herself. She seems like the type to be extremely career-minded, letting nothing or no-one get in her way.

Spencer-Kim-Lewis Household
Residence: Cypress Terrace
Funds: §55,000
The Spencer-Kim-Lewis household is a little confusing, but here’s the lowdown of who’s who and how they’re connected to one another:
- Dennis Kim and Lydia Spencer used to be married, but are now divorced. They had a daughter together called Alice (hence her surname Spencer-Kim).
- Alice Spencer-Kim and Eric Lewis are married and have a daughter together called Olivia Kim-Lewis.
- Alice, Eric, and Olivia live with Alice’s dad, Dennis, and Eric’s mom, Vivian Lewis.
Once you get these confusing family ties out of the way, the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household is just like any other family. This household is made up of 5 Sims, including a child, plus they live in a huge house, so they may not be the best family to play if you’re new to The Sims 4 (or The Sims in general). Playing bigger households are typically more challenging, with more Sims to juggle and deal with, especially if they live on such a big property.
One thing to note about the Spencer-Kim-Lewis’s is that most of the members are unemployed, with no work currently lined up. However, they each have certain skills and aspirations that make them ideal for different careers, so if you want to sign them up to something, keep these in mind. They don’t necessarily need to work though, as they have 55,000 Simoleons in the bank, so they’re not exactly struggling to pay their bills (at least not yet).
Alice is the artist of the household. She has the Painter Extraordinaire Aspiration, is Creative, and has level 4 Painting Skill already. Her ideal line of work would be the Painter career, but she could also go for Freelance Artist. If you don’t want to send her to work, that’s fine. She can always stay at home and paint, since she’ll still make good money from selling her paintings.

Dennis enjoys his twilight years pottering about the garden, already being an accomplished level 4 Gardener. If you want to give Dennis something to do, gardening seems the most obvious thing, as he can sell his produce and make a tidy profit. But don’t let him neglect spending time with his family though.

Eric’s all for living in an expensive, luxury home, which he already has, but if you want to complete the Mansion Baron Aspiration, you could work on that. With the current state of Cypress Terrace, you should get to Aspiration Level 3 already, so you just need that little extra push to finish it. Eric is also proficient in Programming, if you want to send him out in the Tech Guru career, or even a Freelance Programmer.

Olivia seems to be following in her mother Alice’s footsteps as a budding artist, although she is yet to develop her Creativity Skill. However, her Goofball trait might suggest that she has a cheeky, somewhat mischievous side. She might instead opt to be a Comedian, or something more devious, depending on how she chooses to use her sense of humor.
