This guide will walk you through every confirmed task, so you can unlock all Week 3 rewards and prepare for Week 4 challenges. Whether you’re exploring Desert Bloom Park or crafting on the Woodworking Table, here’s how to earn every Event Point efficiently.

1. Nature’s Calling Week 3 Rewards

Completing all tasks in Week 3 of the Nature’s Calling Event will unlock 7 rewards for your Sims. Some items must be claimed during the event to use them for specific tasks. Here’s the full reward list:

  • Nature Soundscapes Radio Station – Found listed with other radio stations via any stereo.
  • Handiness Vol. 3 Skill Book – Added to your Sim’s Inventory.
  • Reclaimed Wood Dining Table – Recipe unlocked on the Woodworking Table.
  • 5,000 Simoleons – Automatically added to Household Funds.
  • Rings of Growth Tattoo – Available in Create-A-Sim.
  • Moodlet Solver Potion – Added to Inventory.
  • Touch Grass Weekly Issue #3 – Automatically added to your Sim’s Inventory and also purchasable from Build Mode > Decorations if accidentally deleted.

2. How to Complete Secret Sands Quest

The Secret Sands quest in Week 3 of the Nature’s Calling Event sends your Sim to Desert Bloom Park in Oasis Springs for several outdoor tasks. It’s the simpler quest of the week and is perfect for quickly earning Event Points. Here’s how to complete each task.

How to Spend Time Outdoors

This familiar task requires your Sim to remain outside long enough to fulfill the Spend Time Outdoors moodlet:

  1. Send your Sim outside anywhere on the lot or in a public area.
  2. Wait until the Spend Time Outdoors moodlet times out, which takes 3 in-game hours for Week 3.

How to Visit Desert Bloom Park

Visiting Desert Bloom Park is crucial, as several other tasks can be completed at this location. Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Sim’s phone.
  2. Select Travel.
  3. Choose Desert Bloom Park in Oasis Springs.

How to Draw in the Sand

While at the park, have your Sim complete this task:

  1. Select the ground.
  2. Choose the Draw interaction.
  3. Your Sim can pick any of three sand drawings to complete the task.

How to Investigate the Cave

The mysterious cave in Desert Bloom Park can be interacted with regardless of your Sim’s Handiness Skill level:

  1. Locate the cave in the top left corner of the park.
  2. Select the cave and choose Investigate the Cave.

How to Catch 2 Frogs

Catch frogs in Desert Bloom Park at these locations:

  • The pond by the chess tables – Allows multiple searches via the Look for Frogs interaction.

To complete the task:

  1. Select the pond or frog hiding spot.
  2. Choose Look for Frogs.
  3. Repeat the interaction until your Sim catches at least two frogs. Even failed attempts may count toward progress.

3. How to Complete Symphony of Serenity Quest

The Symphony of Serenity quest in Week 3 involves using the Woodworking Table, grilling food, and sleeping with the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station playing. To complete these tasks, ensure you’ve claimed the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station and Reclaimed Wood Dining Table rewards first.

How to Build the Reclaimed Wood Dining Table

Before crafting, confirm:

  • You’ve claimed the Reclaimed Wood Dining Table from the Events Menu.
  • Your Sim has at least Level 5 Handiness Skill.

Then craft the table:

  1. Use the Woodworking Table.
  2. Select Craft Furniture.
  3. Choose Reclaimed Wood Dining Table. It costs 157 Simoleons.
  4. Let your Sim finish the crafting process.

Make sure to have Level 5 Handiness before attempting to build the table. You also need to claim the recipe.

How to Buy a Grill

Your Sim needs any grill to complete this task. To purchase one:

  1. Enter Build Mode.
  2. Look under Outdoor Cooking (found under Outdoors or Appliances categories).
  3. Buy and place any grill on your Sim’s home lot. The cheapest option from the base game is the Carbonette Charcoal Grill for 650 Simoleons.

  2. Under Grill, choose any recipe.

How to Sleep with the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station in the Same Room

Complete this task as follows:

  1. Make sure you’ve claimed the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station.
  2. Buy any stereo from Build Mode > Electronics > Audio. The cheapest from the base game is the Kaboom Box for 150 Simoleons.
  3. Place the stereo in the room where your Sim sleeps.
  4. Select the stereo and choose Turn On.
  5. Scroll through the radio stations until you find Nature Soundscapes and select it.
  6. With the radio playing, direct your Sim to sleep in the same room.

Note: Your Sim only needs to fall asleep with the radio playing. The stereo might wake them soon after, but the task still counts as complete. Once finished, you can turn off the stereo for uninterrupted sleep.

4. What’s Next in the Nature’s Calling Event?

The final quests in Week 4 of The Sims 4 Nature’s Calling Event will unlock on Tuesday, 15th July at 9 AM PST. The end of the Symphony of Serenity quest recommends raising your Sim’s Handiness Skill for Week 4 tasks. Prepare in advance by crafting at the Woodworking Table and reading the Handiness Skill Books obtained in Week 3 rewards.
