The third week of The Sims 4 Lost Legacies Event commences with two brand-new quests, The Pirate Princess and The Pirate Treasure. This week focuses on another famous figure of royalty in The Sims: Princess Cordelia. We’ll walk you through all the tasks you need to complete in these quests in order to unlock all the available rewards, as well as prepare for the final week’s quests.
Week 3 of the Lost Legacies Event in The Sims 4 does not contain any optional tasks requiring additional packs, neither are there any exclusive rewards from installed packs.
1. All Rewards in Week 3 of Lost Legacies Event
A total of 6 rewards can be unlocked during Week 3’s quests of the Lost Legacies Event in The Sims 4. After claiming the rewards in the Event Screen, they can be found in Create-A-Sim, Build Mode, and the Sim’s Inventory.
- Creepy but Cool Skeletal Key (Build Mode / Inventory) – Key collectible
- Piano Skill Book Vol. 2 (Inventory)
- Embossed Filigree Eyepatch (Create-A-Sim)
- Logic Skill Book Vol. 1 (Inventory)
- Ceremonial Dedication Fenestra for Cordelia Thebe I (Build Mode > Windows)
- Regal Residence Lot Trait – Added via Build Mode by accessing Venue Info > Traits Panel > Lot Traits
- The new stained glass window is simply stunning.
- Feel free to assign the new Regal Residence Lot Trait to your lot.
- A fourth key collectible is unlocked in Week 3.
- The eyepatch can be worn over either the left or right eye.
1.1. How the Regal Residence Lot Trait Works
The most significant reward of Week 3 is the Regal Residence Lot Trait. When this is assigned to your lot, your Sims’ Needs deplete slower and their Mood improves for longer the more valuable their lot is. It’s worth having if you live on an expensive home lot.
2. The Pirate Princess Quest Walkthrough
The first quest of Week 3 of The Sims 4 Lost Legacies Event is called The Pirate Princess. This quest starts a few seconds after loading your saved game (make sure time is not paused and you’re in Live Mode, then the pop-up appears).
2.1. Ask the Envoy About the Thebes
Locate the Royal Envoy, who should be hanging around your home neighborhood. If they’re not, summon them with the self-interaction Call Envoy to the Current Lot. Select them and choose Ask About the Thebes Family. This unlocks the next three tasks.
Tip: For the next set of tasks, if you don’t own a computer or chess table, head to Willow Creek Archive where these are available, as well as plenty of Sims to talk to. This will make completing the following tasks much quicker and easier.
2.2. Search Online About Princess Cordelia
Find a computer and select the interaction Search About Princess Cordelia.
2.3. How to Train Chess Skills
Locate a chess table and use the interaction Practice or Ponder Moves. If you don’t own a chess table, they can be found at community lots or in neighborhoods.
2.4. Ask Another Sim About Princess Cordelia
Look for another Sim and use the social Ask About Princess Cordelia. If the target Sim is a stranger, you’ll need to introduce yourself first before the interaction is available.
2.5. Where Is Magnolia Blossom Park
After completing all three tasks above, you now need to head to Magnolia Blossom Park in Willow Creek. To get there, take these steps:
- Open your Sim’s phone.
- Select Travel.
- Choose Travel.
- Select Magnolia Blossom Park in Willow Creek (the big park in the center of the map).
- Select Confirm.
2.6. How to Win a Chess Game Against the Envoy
Your final task in The Pirate Princess quest is to beat the Royal Envoy in a game of chess. You don’t need to have high Logic Skill to win. You can easily beat the Envoy with low-level Logic Skill.
- Make sure the Royal Envoy is in the park. If not, invite them over to the lot.
- Find a free chess table in the park and select Play With.
- Choose Marina Corsair. If she’s not available, speak to her and then try the Play With interaction again.
- Let your Sim and Marina play chess. If your Sim wins, the quest ends. If not, try playing against her again.
3. The Pirate’s Treasure Quest Walkthrough
The Pirate’s Treasure quest in The Sims 4 Lost Legacies Event should start shortly after completing the last quest, The Pirate Princess. If you’re still at Magnolia Blossom Park from the last quest’s task, head straight home for the first set of tasks.
3.1. Watch the News on TV
Find a TV and select Watch Channel > Watch News. Let your Sim watch for a few seconds to fulfil the task.
3.2. How to Call the Royal Envoy
To call the Royal Envoy for this task, you need to do the following:
- Open your Sim’s phone.
- Select Social.
- Choose Chat With.
- Select Marina Corsair.
- Let your Sim speak to the Envoy over the phone and wait for the call to end.
3.3. Where Is Municipal Muses Museum
You’re heading out again, this time to Municipal Muses Museum in Willow Creek.
- Open your Sim’s phone.
- Select Travel.
- Choose the Travel option.
- Select Municipal Muses Museum in Willow Creek (the far left lot in Crawdad Quarters).
- Select Confirm.
3.4. How to Examine 3 Paintings at the Museum
At the museum, select any painting and choose the option Examine Painting. There are plenty of paintings on the walls on both floors at the museum to choose from. If you queue up the action Examine Painting with multiple different paintings, the action may be done simultaneously between paintings to speed up time.
3.5. Where Is the Statue of Princess Cordelia at the Museum
Staying at the museum, you need to locate the statue of Princess Cordelia and select Investigate Cordelia’s Statue. The statue is in the corner on the right to the entrance of the museum.
- The statue is on the right in the corner as you enter the museum.
- You need to investigate the statue at the museum.
3.6. Call the Royal Envoy Again
Make a second phone call to Marina Corsair, the same as before. This unlocks the final task of The Pirate’s Treasure quest and Week 3 of the Lost Legacies Event in The Sims 4.
3.7. How to Search a Bench and End the Quest
For this final task, stay in Crawdad Quarters. You need to find a bench and use the Search Bench interaction. This neighborhood has several benches to choose from. Pick any for this task so you can quickly wrap up the quest.
