The Fairy Stories Aspiration is the first of three available Fairy Aspirations in The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature. Completing it unlocks both Harmonious Fairy and Discordant Fairy, and grants the Into the Everdew Trait for faster Fairy Rank progression. 1. How to Complete Milestone 1 – A Fairy’s Journey
The first milestone introduces basic Fairy gameplay, including how to transform into a Fairy, host Fairy Dance Parties, and befriend other Fairies in Innisgreen.
1.1 How to Become a Fairy
If your Sim is not yet a Fairy, follow these steps:
- Research How to Become a Fairy at a bookcase or the Mossveil Fairy Hub. You can also ask another Fairy for guidance.
- Obtain a Fairy Seedling from a Fairy or by completing specific Fables.
- Plant the Fairy Seedling on any open ground to summon Mother Nature.
- Ask for her charm, then bathe in Moondrop Springs in Everdew to complete the transformation.
Moondrop Springs is your final destination to becoming a Fairy.
1.2 How to Throw a Fairy Dance Party
Your Sim must throw three Fairy Dance Parties. These can only be hosted at a Fairy House.
1.2.1 Where to Find a Fairy House
- Use one of the free Fairy Houses found in Everdew.
- Purchase a Fairy House in Build Mode for 500 Simoleons. If you own the Fairy Garden Digital Content, you will have two options: Arbor Abode Fairy Home and Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home.
If you want to buy your own Fairy Home, it will cost 500 Simoleons.
1.2.2 How to Throw a Dance Party
- Select the Fairy House and choose Throw Dance Party.
- If desired, select guests to join the event.
Fairy Dance Parties are unique events. They are not scheduled via Plan a Social Event, have no goals or timers, and do not grant rewards. Each party lasts about an hour, during which Fairies shrink and party inside the Fairy House. Non-Fairy Sims can join the party as well, but will dance outside the Fairy House.
Dance Parties fulfil the Fun and Social Needs.
1.3 How to Befriend a Fairy
You must befriend two Fairies to progress.
- Find Fairies around Innisgreen, especially in Everdew.
- Use Friendly interactions until you reach the Friend threshold.
- Fairies with the Influence Relationships ability can use it to speed this up. This requires Rank 4 (Brilliant).
2. How to Complete Milestone 2 – Embracing Fairy Life
The second milestone focuses on more advanced Fairy mechanics, including ranking up, using Fairy Dust, and visiting the Mossveil Fairy Hub.
2.1 How to Reach Glimmering Fairy Rank
Fairy Ranks include: Faint, Glowing, Glimmering, Brilliant, and Radiant. To complete this task, your Sim must reach Rank 3 – Glimmering.
Earn Fairy Experience by using the following abilities:
- Instantly Fly Here – fast travel with no cooldown and no resource cost.
- Absorb Emotions – restores Emotional Force.
- Perform Fairy Abilities – unlock new abilities using earned points.
- Use Fairy Dust – cast enchantments and restore resources.
- Shrink and Play – interact with objects like mailboxes, bookcases, dollhouses, and more.
Using Fairy Abilities gives your Sim some Fairy Experience.
2.2 How to Use Fairy Dust
You must use Fairy Dust on three separate occasions to complete this task.
2.2.1 How to Enchant Items with Fairy Dust
- Regenerate Emotional Force for your Sim.
- Enchant plants to boost their quality and prevent decay.
- Bring Gnomes to life to help with gardening, cleaning, or repairs.
- Create enchanted crafts at the Nature Press.
If you have the right ingredients, you can craft portraits and candles with the Nature Press.
2.2.2 Where to Find Fairy Dust
- Dropped by Fairies on the ground during gameplay.
- Shake used Fairy Houses to collect accumulated dust.
- Brush off Fairy Dust via a self-interaction.
- Collect Rations from the Mossveil Fairy Hub once per day (unavailable if you have the Problem Fairy Trait).
- Forage around Innisgreen.
- Ask or Trade for it with other Fairies.
- Complete Fables that reward Fairy Dust.
You can ask other Sims if they have any Fairy Dust they can spare you.
2.3 How to Use the Mossveil Fairy Hub
Visit the Mossveil Fairy Hub in the center of Everdew and use it three separate times.
Available interactions include:
- Learn How to Become a Fairy or Non-Occult
- Learn About Everdew History
- Collect Fairy Dust Ration
- Investigate Fairy Court Documents
- Sponge Bathe
- Use Toilet
The Mossveil Fairy Hub is in the heart of Everdew.
3. Tips for Completing the Fairy Stories Aspiration
While the Fairy Stories Aspiration is relatively easy, these tips can speed things up and make the process smoother:
3.1 Have the Mystical or Outgoing Trait
- Mystical Sims build friendships with Occults faster, especially Fairies.
- Outgoing Sims also find it easier to form social connections.
3.2 Live in Innisgreen
- It’s the home world of Fairies introduced in Enchanted by Nature.
- Everdew is the best neighborhood due to:
- More Fairy Sims
- Free Fairy Houses
- Proximity to the Mossveil Fairy Hub
Everdew is a great place for Fairies to live.
4. Rewards for Completing Fairy Stories Aspiration
Finishing this Aspiration gives your Sim the following:
- Into the Everdew Trait – boosts Fairy Rank XP gain permanently.
- Unlocks the next two Aspirations:
- Harmonious Fairy
- Discordant Fairy
