Thoughts on Autumn Apparel
Autumn is my favorite season of the year. Anything that’s autumnal is right up my street. When I found out about The Sims 4 Autumn Apparel Kit, I was thrilled.
Looking through the different items and their swatches, there’s no doubt this Kit adds new stylish items with autumn in mind. As the description says, these items are great for when it’s too cold for beachwear, but not yet cold enough for those bitter icy winter months.
You can already get autumn-themed clothing with various DLC such as the Seasons Expansion, Cottage Living Expansion, and Sweet Allure, but it’s neat to have a Kit completely dedicated to the theme of stylish fall attire. I can just picture my Sims flaunting these outfits as they head out for the day, or even if they’re just hanging around at home.
We also get new accessories like more gloves, plus a matching gloves, scarf, and hat set. I also like that the color swatches are varied enough that even though this is called Autumn Apparel, you could also wear them in the spring with the pastel colors.
Overall, if you’re looking for stylish autumn outfits to model your Sims in for the season, this ticks the boxes. If I had to give a score, I would say Autumn Apparel Kit gets 9 out of 10. And yes, I do believe it’s worth the $4.99.
