This type of Cyberware slows time on command and can be combined with a melee build to create a devastatingly overpowered character. The Sandevistan, like any other Cyberware that must be manually activated, has a cooldown period. Installing Heatsinks is the most effective way to drastically reduce this cooldown period.

Items of Legendary rarity are extremely rare in Cyberpunk 2077, and they’ve become even rarer since patch 1.5 randomized all available loot. Every Sandevistan build is going to be different. Some will focus on the slowdown effect and others on how frequently the ability can be used. This is where the Legendary Heatsink Cyberware Mod comes in. Each installed Heatsink shortens the cooldown period by 4 seconds. When combined with the Legendary Bioconductor and a Qiant Sandevistan Mk.4, it can be reduced to just 2 seconds.

How to craft a Legendary Sandevistan Heatsink in Cyberpunk 2077

The minimum rarity of the created Cyberware Mod will vary depending on the Crafting skill progression. You need a Crafting skill of 9 for unlocking Rare Crafting Specs, whereas Iconic rarity opens up on level 18. What this means is that you can only craft a Legendary Sandevistan Heatsink when your Crafting skill has reached level 18.

You also need to allot attribute points to Engineering and reach level 18. This is because every skill tree is limited to the level of its governing attribute. For example, if your Engineering attribute is at level 12, then you can’t progress beyond level 12 in your Crafting skill tree.
