Last season in the Halo Championship Series, he won the most prestigious tournament while being on the Spacestation Gaming organization. This win has given him the title as a Halo World Champion.
Sabri has seen much success from both last and present seasons. Last year, he was the first European player to win a major Halo LAN event. On top of that, he also earned his 2024 MVP title. Currently, he’s on a winning streak of five LAN events.
Recently, Halo Studios has announced that this is the final season of the Halo Championship Series for Halo Infinite. The Halo Championship series has supported Halo Infinite for four years straight.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is announced to be the latest title from the Call of Duty franchise. It is planned to be released this year. OpTic Texas has recently won the Call of Duty League Championship 2025.
The Call of Duty team has also won the Esports World Cup 2025 afterwards. Sabri is not the first time when a Halo pro has migrated to Call of Duty. There is a notable player on OpTic Texas that had a similar situation.
In the past, Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro started off as a Halo pro. He would find his way to earning a world championship title in Halo 5: Guardians in 2018. Cuevas-Castro would retire from being a competitive Halo player and do a full-time Call of Duty transition into 2019 and beyond.
