Ready for the second half? After the first set of additions to the service, Xbox has revealed the rest of August’s lineup of content for Xbox Game Pass. This time there will be eight games, including day one releases, another AAA game from Ubisoft and some great indie titles. Alongside the additions, look at what’s leaving the service and what extra benefits Xbox Game Pass members can get in the second half of August.

Coffee Talk (Cloud, Console, and PC)
Available now, Coffee Talk is a coffee brewing and heart-to-heart talking simulator that is based in a fantasy version of Seattle. You play as the newest barrister who serves decorative drinks to the alternate inhabitants while listening to their problems. There are numerous scenarios such as a dramatic love story between an elf and a succubus and an out-of-this-world encounter where an alien tries to understand the life of humans. Help each person with a drink or two, plus Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can use touch controls via Xbox Cloud gaming.
Midnight Fight Express (Cloud, Console and PC)
Continuing the fantastic trend of Day One additions to the service, Midnight Fight Express comes to Xbox Game Pass on August 23. Midnight Fight Express is a new brutal and hyper-kinetic brawling ballet that puts you in the role of a former member of the criminal world that is lured back into “the life” by a mysterious drone claiming they only have until sunrise to prevent a citywide criminal takeover. Tangle with waves of enemies with finesse like an action-movie master this August.
Thirdly, from the creators of Opus Magnum, Shenzhen I/O and TIS-100 comes Zachtronics’ latest open-ended puzzle game, Exapunks comes to Xbox Game Pass on August 25. The year is 1997, you are a former hacker that was forced to retire after contracting the Phage, a mysterious digital virus. Now you will hack your way to a cure while restoring the parts of your body that have been lost to the Phage. Hack banks, universities, factories, tv stations, highway signs, game consoles and the government and leave without a trace.
OPUS: Echo of Starsong – Full Bloom Edition (Console and PC)
Another addition for August 25 is the visual novel-style adventure game, OPUS: Echo of Starsong – Full Bloom Edition. You play as Eda, a girl who hears mysterious sound waves known as starsong and crosses paths with a young man in search of their source. Echo of Starsong is a narrative-driven game with light puzzle solving and resource management throughout the story. Additionally, the Full Bloom Edition comes with all-new voice acting and is the definitive experience of the visual novel.
Commandos 3 – HD Remaster (Cloud, Console and PC)
Another Day one release for Xbox Game Pass, take on the relentless and unforgiving battlefields of Europe in the new remaster of Commandos 3. Remastered in high definition, Commandos 3 comes with reworked 3D models and textures built from the ground up, improved controls, refined UI, and beginner-friendly tutorials and hints. Commandos 3 – HD Remaster will appear on the service on August 30.
Immortality (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X/S)
Coming to Xbox Game Pass Day One is the mysterious found footage game, Immortality. Become obsessed with the mystery of Marissa Marcel, an actress that starred in only three movies. She could have been a star, however, the three films she starred in were never released and she was never heard from again. Explore and dissect the lost footage to uncover the mystery in Sam Barlow’s (creator of Her Story) newest interactive mystery. Immortality debuts on Xbox Game Pass on August 30.
Immortals Fenyx Rising (Cloud, Console and PC)
One of Ubisoft’s newest IPs comes to Xbox Game Pass on August 30. Immortals Fenyx Rising is an adventure game that brings greek mythology to life. Play as the customisable winged demigod known as Fenyx, on a quest to save the Greek gods. Wield the powers of the gods like Achilles’ sword and Daidalos’ wings to solve puzzles and defeat powerful enemies. Take on mythological beasts like the Cyclops and the infamous Medusa.
Tinykin (Console and PC)
Finally, the last of the Day One additions for Xbox Game Pass is Tinykin. Play as Milo, a visitor to Earth that discovers he’s too small, everybody is gone, and a day hasn’t passed since 1991. Explore cities of ants, beetles and other insects built inside of a giant house. Manoeuvre through the world using the tinykin’s unique powers, create ladders, bridges, explosions and more! Tinykin comes to Xbox Game Pass on August 30.
Games Leaving the Service in the Second Half of August

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks
Lastly, each month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can indulge themselves in extra benefits within multiple games. This month is no exception.
First up is on August 17, Halo Infinite has the Pass Tense Commando Battle Rifle Bundle. This bundle comes with the exclusive “Pass Tense” VK78 Commando Rifle, four 2XP boosts and four challenge swaps. On August 23, MultiVersus gets an MVP Pack that contains the Battle Reindog Variant, the Waterfall Banner, and the Dark Matter Ringout Effect. Also on August 23, CrossFireX unleashes the Babylon bundle that contains a new weapon skin and 1,200 CFP to stylize your loadout.
