Simply titled “100x Combo!!!”, what you need to unlock the 100x combo trophy is as it says on the tin, so to speak: achieve a combo of at least 100 consecutive moves without being interrupted by enemy hits and running out of time between combos. Such basic terms on paper means you can achieve this anywhere throughout the game, but depending on where you are and who you’re fighting, this can be incredibly frustrating.
To save you time and A LOT of trial and error (like what I went through), we’re just going to quickly go through my three recommendations when taking on this 100x combo trophy: the best mission to choose, the right moves to use and the ideal enemies to punch in the face.
Before we start, how’s the rest of your hunt for the Spider-Man: Miles Morales platinum trophy going? Be sure to also check out my latest guides that will each tell you how to get the Best Fries in town trophy and the Never Give Up trophy.
Without further delay, here we go.
The Supply Theft Crime
To make sure you keep building up hits quickly before the counter resets between combos, you need to fight somewhere with enough enemies that are clustered up together like fish in a barrel. Under the list of crimes you can replay in the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man app, the Supply Theft mini-mission is perfect for all.
In a small alleyway, where you have to fight off a couple waves of enemies from breaking into a F.E.A.S.T truck, the tighter space with a higher number of bodies let’s you strike foe-to-foe hard and fast. The con to this is that you have slightly shorter amounts of time to react with dodges when being aimed at with gunfire, but if you’ve already played a lot of the game, your reflexes should already honed well enough for the fight at hand.
Keep Fighting in the Air
Two words. Airborne. Combos. This will help rectify the con in fighting in the confined space that comes with the Supply Theft crime, as you’ll high enough away from those nasty, combo-interrupting melee hits. Launching your enemies into the air, following up with a continuous pressing of square button-punches and keeping in mind to dodge with the circle button when necessary, your combo counter quickly and safely increases by 4-5 per foe. If you’re in a jam, such as fighting off one enemy whilst another is about the break into the F.E.A.S.T truck, save a finisher move (circle + triangle) to use for such an occasion and take that extra worry off your mind.
Being in a smaller space, you’re immediately in range to bring another enemy to you whilst in the air by holding down the triangle button, or you can land back on the ground to air launch the next enemy closest to you. If you want to combine more into your in-the-air beat ‘um ups, you can weave in the use of gadgets too. Holo-drones can distract some of the enemies so you have less unfriendly punches and bullets to think about. However, the best gadget to give yourself some breathing room is the gravity well, bunching foes together whilst bringing them to the ground.
On the other hand, if you’re the type to panic when having one too many things to consider, keep it simple with your air combos, as Supply Theft will give you more than enough enemies to hit the 100x combo trophy anyway. Feel free to work in other aerial combat skills you’ve unlocked as well, but you’ve at least got the basic formula down.
Raft Escapees Only
Like other crimes in the game, Supply Theft randomly spawns either escaped Raft prison inmates or agents of Underground. While the 100x combo trophy is achievable either way, it’s highly recommended that if you’re met with Underground by the F.E.A.S.T truck. you should leave the mission and restart it until you see those bright orange prison clothes when landing on the scene. Underground enemies are both quicker and more versatile with defensive weapons that can easily block your hits, making you more likely to become flustered in a loss of mental momentum.
Worse case scenario with Raft escapees in Supply Theft, you’ll have more than one man trying to shoot at you, which can easily be remedied with a quick dodge or web disarming. As you can see above, said solution timed with just after hearing the ding of earning that sweet 100x combo trophy is VERY satisfying.

I have found that a better way to deal with being in a fight while a baddie is a about to get in the truck is to put remote mines on the door so if you’re too far away to stop it you can activate one and cancel it.
