Along with this announcement were a few new details on the port’s features, including the addition of ultra-wide monitor support and Nvidia’s DLSS 3, a new piece of software which aims to improve performance on newer graphics cards without sacrificing visual fidelity.
This comes just months after the game’s predecessor, Spider-Man, got a well-received PC port of its own back in August. This is part of an ongoing initiative from Sony Interactive Entertainment to push more of their console exclusives onto PC.
With games like God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn having made their way to the platform already, and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection coming in a matter of days, the release of Miles Morales will mark the publisher’s eighth PC port. The publisher shows no sign of slowing down however, with The Last Of Us Part 1 and Sackboy: A Big Adventure both officially confirmed to be making their way to the platform soon.
Along with these, Housemarque’s Returnal was the subject of a recent leak regarding its availability on PC. You can read more about that here.
