One of the strangest collaborations Final Fantasy XIV has ever received has just begun with the launch of the FF14 x Fall Guys event. Previously, Fall Guys received a host of Final Fantasy-themed cosmetics, including outfits based on Alphinaud and Alisaie, and now it’s Eoreza’s turn to join in on the fun. The Beans have moved into a new section of the Gold Saucer called the Blunderville and they invite Warriors of Light from all over to participate in fun games of slapstick comedy for laughs and a variety of exclusive rewards.
Here’s everything you need to know about the new Final Fantasy 14 and Fall Guys crossover event, including how to start the event and all the exclusive rewards you can earn from it.

How to Start the FF14 x Fall Guys Crossover Event
To start the Final Fantasy XIV x Fall Guys collaboration event, you’ll want to first head to Eorzea’s home of glitz, glory and games, the Golden Saucer. Once you’re there, head to the main counter and then look around for an NPC by the name of Lewena (her coordinates are X: 4.8, Y: 6.1). She’ll have a new Feature Quest for you to complete titled “Clowning Around” which is your introduction to Blunderville.
After accepting the quest, go to the bottom floor of the Wonder Square and look for an interestingly dressed man named Wy, the Blunderville Gatekeeper: if you need a bit more guidance, his coordinates within the Golden Saucer are X: 6.1, Y: 7.4. Speaking to Wy will allow you to enter the colourful and chaotic world of the Beans, aptly named Blunderville.
Once you’re inside Blunderville, you’ll be directed to the Blunderville Beankeep (X: 3.2, Y: 3.2) who’ll give you a brief introduction to the contests held at Blunderville and give you a look at the strange creatures known as Beans. Doing so will complete Clowning Around and give you access to the Blunderville contests.
FFXIV x Fall Guys Availability
Compared to other collaborations or events in FF14, the Fall Guys collab is a bit strange. The main thing to know is that Blunderville seems to be a permanent special event, albeit which will be held at irregular intervals once the initial collaboration period has concluded. As such, while it is very likely to return in future, you should make the most of Blunderville while it is guaranteed to be here.
The initial event run for the Final Fantasy XIV x Fall Guys collaboration lasts from Tuesday, October 31st (10:00 AM GMT) to Sunday, December 31st (14:59 GMT). This gives you about two months to obtain all of the rewards and participate in as many different matches and Blunderville events as possible.
Blunderville Contests
Now that you have access to Blunderville, you can begin partaking in Blunderville contests and activities. To enter one for yourself, speak to the Blunderville Registrar, who can be found next to the Blunderville Beankeep at X: 3.3, Y: 3.1. This will register you for the Blunderville Duty and, once enough players have joined, you’ll be loaded into a fresh instance of the contest.
Each contest supports up to 24 players at once and there are three rounds to each Blunderville match, with players being eliminated each round. The initial two rounds are about weeding out players with obstacle courses and timing challenges which are very reminiscent of certain rounds from Fall Guys, with the two starting stages being based on The Whirlygig and Knight Fever events.
Whoever is left in the final round will compete for a special Crown, with the winner earning more rewards and a ton more fanfare than everyone else. Speaking of rewards, you’ll earn both Manderville Gold Saucer Points (MGSP) and a new currency called MGF each time you participate, with the amount of each increasing as you survive later into the match. Even if you get knocked out in the first round, you’ll earn at least 50 MGF and 600 MGSP.
To those who are achievement and title-inclined, a brand new set of achievements for Blunderville has been added to FF14. The most devilish achievement is the It’s a Blunderful Life IV Achievement which requires you to place first in 100 different Blunderville matches and will award the King Bean Title upon completion.
All Exclusive Fall Guys Rewards
Of course, no Final Fantasy XIV event is complete without some exclusive event rewards and the Fall Guys crossover is no different. As you play events, you’ll earn a new currency called MGF, which is styled after the Fame from Fall Guys. This MGF can be taken to a special trader in Blunderville and used to obtain all sorts of special goodies and rewards.
To spend your MGF, you’ll need to visit the MGF Trader in Blunderville (X: 3.8, Y: 3.1). This is where you’ll spend all of your accrued MGF and there are a ton of various rewards, ranging from unique Fall Guys inspired armour pieces to new mounts and minions.
In the glamour department, there are a total of six different pieces of armour you can pick up from the MGF Trader. The standouts in terms of armour pieces are definitely the two different versions of the Winner’s Crown and the stylish Gentlebean Parka. All of the armour pieces cost the exact same amount of MGF and, if you want to scoop them all up for your glamour collection, you’ll need to play enough Blunderville to amass 2460 MGF.
