After the previous Golden Ship Update, SHIFT UP has prepared a new flagship title update for Summer Part 2 in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, Sea, You Again, which introduces several new things. Following the announcement on their Twitter today, the developers revealed two new Nikkes, Anis and Helm, two existing characters that will receive a variant for this summer event, and other items such as the Sea, You Again Story Event, a 14-day Login Event, and the new Liter Costume.
After several hours of maintenance, the Sea, You Again Summer update will commence on August 3, 2023. Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on Windows, Android, and iOS.
Meet Anis and Helm, the Sparkling Summer and Aqua Marine
The star of this update is the new Nikkes, Anis, and Helm. Mary’s a Nikke that utilizes a Shotgun, Libertine Aqua, to help her teammates. Meanwhile, Neon is a Nikke that uses an Assault Rifle, Battleship, which she can use to kill enemies. Note that these two characters are Limited-Time Characters, so they won’t be available outside their respective banners.
Anis: Sparkling Summer is a Nikke who becomes stronger while assisting Electric Code Nikkes’ attacks. Her Burst Skill, Sparkling Wave, increases damage as strong element and can be even more effective when the enemy belongs to Water Code.
As for Helm: Aqua Marine, she enables her squad to utilize their Burst Skills more frequently. Not just that, but some extra effects will take place when she attacks Electric Code enemies, maximizing the squad’s attack power.

Other Updates in Sea, You Again Event
Other than the main stars, Anis and Helm, SHIFT UP will also bring many story events, a mini-event, and rewards for the players to enjoy. The Goddess of Victory: NIKKE‘s Summer Update Part 2 starts from August 3 to August 24, 2023.
Sea, You Again Event
A suspicious signal was detected coming from the sea near the island that the Commander and Nikkes visited in June. However, an investigation turned up nothing irregular.
Since this is her first official naval mission, Helm desperately wants to do well and is finding it difficult to relax and socialize with the others. However, at this moment, a massive signal that has never been discovered before has been detected.
During the event, which will run from the end of August 3, 2023 maintenance to 4:59:59 August 24, 2023 (UTC+9), players can join various activities and explore the exclusive event field for Sea, You Again. By participating, players can win rewards such as Gems, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, development materials, and surprising Lost Relics.

14-Day Login Event and Liter Costume
For the Summer Update Part 2, there will be a 14-Day Login Event, starting from August 3 to August 24, where you can get various rewards such as Anchor, the new SR Nikke, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and many development resources necessary for your Nikkes.
Lastly, Liter and Mast will get a new summer-themed costume, Mast – A Pirate’s Heart which is obtainable from Cash Shop → Costume Shop, and Liter – Guardfish, which players can obtain from the Mighty Summer Pass, where you can purchase and level up the Pass through Daily Missions to obtain rewards such as Advanced Recruit Vouchers. To get Liter’s special costume, players must reach the maximum level in the Mighty Summer Pass.
