After the launch of the previous update, Dazzling Cupid, where we had Naga and Tia as the new dazzling duo, SHIFT UP has prepared a new major title update for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, A.C.P.U.! Freeze!, which will introduce several new things. Following the announcement on their Twitter today, the developers revealed one new Elysion Nikke, Quiry, and other things such as the A.C.P.U.! Freeze! Story Event, a 7-Day Login Event, and the return of Union Raid.
After several hours of maintenance, the A.C.P.U.! Freeze! update will commence on October 19, 2023. Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on Windows, Android, and iOS.

Meet Quiry, the Short-Sighted Police Officer
The star of the A.C.P.U.! Freeze! update is the arrival of the new Elysion Nikke, Quiry. The police officer from A.C.P.U. who works hard despite her bad vision, Quiry, finally joins the fray alongside her partners to combat any crime in The Ark.
Quiry’s weapon of choice is a Rocket Launcher, Cloud Eye, and she is a Wind Code Nikke. Quiry inflicts harmful effects on enemies and beneficial effects on Defender allies, giving her squad an advantage in battles. Her Burst Skill restores all allies’ HP, enhancing the squad’s survivability.
Quiry will greet the Commanders on Goddess of Victory: NIKKE from October 19 and leave the game on November 1, 2023. To obtain her, players can recruit her through Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit.

Other Updates in the A.C.P.U.! Freeze! Event
Apart from the main attraction of this update, Quiry, the game will see many updates and benefits such as the Limited-Time Story Event, A.C.P.U.! Freeze!, Union Raid, and a 7-Day Login Event.
The Ark is about to host a grand Halloween party. As a large crowd is expected, A.C.P.U. requests for help from the Commander. While Counters and A.C.P.U. are on patrol, they hear that a kind of candy that causes the loss of taste is spreading among the citizens.
Players can enter the A.C.P.U.! FREEZE! event page and complete stages to win event items, which can be used to exchange many rewards such as Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials in the event shop. The event lasts from the end of October 5, 2023 maintenance to 4:59:59, October 19, 2023 (UTC+9).
Moreover, SHIFT UP will pair the Limited-Time Story Event with a 7-Day Login Event, where players can get Recruit Vouchers and development materials when they log in for 7 days straight. In addition to that, there will be a November Mission Pass where you can earn the Special Costume for Privaty, Privaty – Banquet Princess after you purchase the Pass and gain levels through daily missions.
Lastly, Solo Raid returns from October 25 until November 1, when players can mobilize parties and coordinate with their Union members to challenge the bosses and obtain Union Chips to exchange them for rewards.
