The Death Stranding release date trailer has finally unearthed itself. It took a few hands, but we got it.
Playstation has released an official trailer for Death Stranding in the form of a nearly nine-minute long video. In it, one is given an ample amount of both story and gameplay, the latter rarely shown of the game prior. At the very end, the release date is shown: November 8th, 2019.
Given the holiday season window, Playstation may expect this to be its next commercial hit. And who could blame them? It’s the first game released by Hideo Kojima (of Metal Gear Solid fame) since his departure from Konami in 2015. Fans are likely eagerly awaiting to see what kind of mind-boggling narrative the legendary game developer has in store for Death Stranding.

Originally revealed in 2016 at E3, Death Stranding has had very little information revealed about it until now. Apart from a separate trailer at last year’s E3, most of what was shown consisted of teaser images and clips. This latest trailer will likely give the game a proper foundation to hype fans for its inevitable release.
