Quiry Combat Overview
Let’s look at Quiry’s Nikke Skills to start the guide. As a Defender Nikke, she mainly provides Shielding abilities for her teammates. Let’s start with her Skill 1, Glance, which has two attributes with only one trigger, which activates when Quiry fires her Rocket Launcher with Full Charge. The first attribute will allow Quiry to reduce her target’s ATK by a percentage of her own ATK stat, up to 8.94% for 3 seconds. As for the second attribute, she will enhance two Defender ally units’ ATK stat by a percentage of her own ATK stat, up to 5.81% for 3 seconds.
Meanwhile, her Skill 2, Scrutiny, is fairly straightforward. Quiry immediately gives Max HP bonus to two Defender ally units continuously until the battle ends.
Lastly, with her Burst Skill, Deep Stare, Quiry will provide two buffs for her allies. The first one allows Quiry to heal all her allies every second for 10 seconds. The second buff affects all of Quiry’s Defender allies, giving them a Critical Rate buff for 10 seconds.
Overall, Quiry is a decent supporter, however, she is very limited to buffing the Defender Nikkes in your team, making her quite a niche unit to have in any team composition.
Strengths and Weaknesses
To summarize, we have provided a table that highlights Quiry’s strengths and weaknesses below:
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
|---|---|
| Quiry is Defender Nikkes’ best friend in terms of giving survivability and offensive buffs | She does not provide any offensive buffs to Attacker Nikkes in your team, which immediately slams her value down |
| Quiry can pair well with a Defender Nikke which also occupies the Burst 3 position, such as 2B | Her healing percentage is quite minuscule, which makes her a super-niche Healer in most team compositions |
| Her Skill 2 allows any Defender Nikkes to constantly have greater Max HP, which grants them easier access to their Skills that require HP | Quiry occupies a position in Burst 3, a very valuable position in your team, and since Quiry does not provide much usefulness compared to other Burst 3 units, it’s hard to justify her presence in many team compositions |
Skills Priority
Now that you know Quiry’s Skills, it’s time to move on to her Skills Priority. As she is a Supporter Nikke, here is the hierarchy of what you should upgrade first (in descending order):
- Deep Stare: Quiry’s Burst Skill is the best part of her kit, thanks to its effects which allow Quiry to heal all of her allies while also providing an offensive buff to her Defender allies.
- Glance: The next Skill to prioritize is her Skill 1, Glance. This Skill is Quiry’s main avenue of providing help to her Defender Nikke allies by giving them ATK buff, while also reducing her targets’ ATK, which will help Quiry’s Defender allies to have a better chance at survivability.
- Scrutiny: Skill 2 has the lowest priority among the three because of its simplicity and overall lackluster presence when compared to Quiry’s other two Skills.
Best Equipment Substats
Since Quiry is a Supporter-Class Nikke, she can only use the corresponding equipment designated for that Class. Although not mandatory, Quiry can shine better when you give her multiple Overload Tier buffs. Still, if you don’t have any Elysion equipment, then leveling them up to level 5 is more than enough.
However, if you do have excess equipment and wish to place them on Quiry, I recommend you to look out for Increase ATK, Increase Max Ammunition, and Increase Charge Speed sub-stats if you wish to upgrade her equipment to Overload Tier to add some firepower to her kit.
Quiry’s Potential Team Composition
As for her potential teammates, Quiry is very rigid as of now, since there are more justifiable Burst 3 Nikkes that fit your team better than her. Still, she can work out when paired with the correct Nikkes that might need her buffs, like 2B.
With that in mind, we will only list down one potential lineup for Quiry in this Goddess of Victory: NIKKE guide.
For this team, we recommend using Liter, Blanc, Noir, Quiry, and 2B/Modernia.
This composition is quite basic in terms of its Burst 1 and 2 Nikkes, as once again Liter and Blanc will take the respective spots. They will act as the main offensive and defensive support for the team, boosting every unit’s capability and survivability.
As for the Burst 3 Nikkes, Quiry pairs well with 2B and Modernia, where these two units prefer to have 1 – 1 – 3 formation which Quiry can slot in decently thanks to her Defender Nikkes-focused buffs and healing powers. However, this team’s weakness is that Quiry is the weak link as her Skills will mainly only benefit 2B and Blanc, making you have to rely on your main DPS and Support to push through during battles.
Quiry’s Overall Power Rank
Now that we’ve gone through Quiry’s Skills and her Team potential, it’s time to talk about her usability in every content within the game. In Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, there are many challenges that players must face, such as Interception, Arena, and Tribe Towers. As stated before, Quiry lacks many aspects and kits that might make her a viable Support Nikke option, however, she can work in niche teams where you simply do not have any other option but Quiry to choose from.
And so, to close off this Quiry Nikke guide, we will provide a table that includes her usability against all game contents, including Interception and PvP Arena, to provide insight into what types of content she’s strong in and which are the ones you should avoid using her.
| Type of Content |
Usability Rank (E – SS) |
Explanations |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign Stages (Early) | B | If you’re still in Early Campaign Stages (Chapters 1 – 16), any kind of Supporter Nikke is highly valuable, and although Quiry is not a great option, she still remains a decent Nikke to use to keep your team alive. |
| Campaign Stages (Late) | C | However, starting in Campaign Stages Chapter 17+, Quiry’s usefulness quickly turns to dust, as her buffs and healing powers are very minimal and won’t bring an impact on your team. Not advisable to bring if you have any other decent Healer Nikkes. |
| PvP Arena | A | Quiry’s position in PvP Arena is somewhat sad because her only usability here is whenever you need a burner/stall team against opposing sides, though her Skills might actually work well whenever you try to attack other players since you can mix-match your lineups accordingly. |
| Interception | C | In Interception, Quiry simply lacks any form of viability that can grant her a spot in your team as a Burst 3 Nikke. Use her sparingly if you are confident in other units within your team compositions. |
And that’s the character guide for Quiry for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.
