Following the release date and pricing reveal of their newest console, the Nintendo Switch, this past Thursday, Nintendo has detailed the amount of storage space that their upcoming highly anticipated title The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will require when it launches simultaneously with the system on March 3rd.
Found on the game's official Japanese website, the newest iteration in the long-running series will require 13.4 GB of space if it's downloaded to the console. The problem arises, then, when considering the device's total storage overall: 32 GB. This would mean that the title will take up nearly half of the system's available space from the get-go.
Judging from this, it seems much more wise for fans to purchase the physical version of the game. What do you think? Should Nintendo have designed the Switch with more storage? Let us know in the comments below.

It seems to have been designed for removable media. Do you want to pay for 256GB of solid state storage on the device? I don’t.
