New Battlefield 1 information incoming

New gameplay to be revealed next week during Gamescon will include first glimpses of horseback and armored train mechanics in a never before seen desert map.

Electronic Arts announced today that they will hold a livestream showcasing more of their highly anticipated Battlefield 1 next week on August 16 at 9 PM CEST and 12 PM PT from Gamescon in Germany.

In it, internet celebrities will battle each other on a new desert map during a Squad Events mission. Horseback and armored train gameplay will also be revealed.

Battlefield 1, set during the first World War, will release on October 21 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
