Use the golf course northeast of Tokyo City as your map landmark. Once you reach the course, head to the western side and look for the hill with a white flag and cup; the Treasure Hunt chest sits near that flag area.
If you have already found the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T Treasure Car, use that as a nearby reference. The Treasure Hunt chest is almost directly west of that Treasure Car location.
You can also look for the off-road track near the north side of the golf course; the chest is close to the hill and flag area around that route.
The Treasure Hunt chest is different from the Minamino Treasure Car. The Treasure Hunt gives credits and Festival Playlist points, while the Treasure Car is a separate hidden vehicle activity.

2. How to Complete the Minamino Region Treasure Hunt
Autumn Festival Playlist
Completing this Treasure Hunt is simple once you reach the golf course. There is no race, speed trap, drift zone, or specific car requirement listed for this challenge. The clue is a photo-location clue, so the objective is only to find the chest and smash it.
- Open the Festival Playlist.
- Select the Minamino Region Treasure Hunt to view the photo clue.
- Open the map and look for the Minamino Region.
- Head to the golf course northeast of Tokyo City.
- Drive onto the course grounds.
- Move toward the hill on the western side of the course.
- Look for the white flag and cup.
- Find the Treasure Chest near the flag.
- Smash through the chest with your car to complete the hunt.
If the chest does not appear immediately, drive around the golf course until the game registers the area. The chest should appear once you are close enough to the correct hill and flag location.
