While the Ubisoft E3 conference wasn’t entirely lacking in color, a brightened hue oversaw the tail-end of the presentation. Gods & Monsters, from the creators of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, is a new IP that has a keen focus on Greek Mythology.
An accompanying trailer for the game did not provide much detail, but left a tingling sense of adventure. Sweeping plains, a lone warrior standing near a cliff, and a sudden threat shooting forward. With a saturated aesthetic that beautifully heightens the otherwordly nature, one can expect the mythological aspect to be a selling point.
