Terra Dome is split into five collectible-heavy blocks, and the sector branches more than it first appears.
- Terra Dome Entrance contains the opening bridge area, Plant Factory routes, the deer hologram room, and the Central Lift loop.
- Eco Modeling Lab includes the Envirolytics, tree-generation terminals, Red Zone access, and the miniboss hallway.
- Center Hall Upper Floor is a short transition block with one collectible.
- Soil Research is the long underground stretch with beach access, invisible enemies, bunk rooms, dark rooms, and multiple upper ledges.
- Terrarium finishes the sector with one final Red Zone reward bundle.

The first block covers the area from the platform entrance through the early Plant Factory branches and back around the Central Lift. Several pickups are easy to miss because you return to them after restoring lift access, so do not treat this like a one-way area.

- Safe Box with 400 Lunafilament: after crossing the large bridge and reaching the area where the Lancer is fought, look to the left and you’ll find a hanging crate and crane by the entrance, which you can use as a platform to reach the ledge.
- Two Plant Factory Safe Boxes: in the early branching battle rooms, each side path leads to the same destination but with different enemy groups. The first pair of branch endpoints contains two Safe Boxes, rewarding 3 Upgrade Components and 350 Lunafilament.
- Late Terra Dome Entrance Safe Box: after restoring the lift and reaching the upper section, drop back down from above to a root-covered ledge near the shaft edge to grab another Safe Box with 3 Upgrade Components.

- Cabin Coin: found between the entrances to the final pair of Plant Factory rooms, in the stretch just before the last room choices.

- Mod – Cheap Shot: in the room opposite the holographic deer display.
- Training Data: in the same room area as Cheap Shot, beside the deer hologram conversation point.

- Safe Box with Cabin Coin: on a tree branch above the terminal that grows a tree platform, on the right side of the room.
- Safe Box with 300 Lunafilament: behind a hidden wall immediately after the first generated tree route.
- Safe Box with 700 Lunafilament: in an interior area that leads toward one of the Gen Chips.
- Safe Box with 3 Upgrade Components: inside a broken container in the main section where you gather Gen Chips.
- Safe Box with Cabin Coin: just before the ladder that leads up toward one of the upper collectible routes in the Gen Chip section.
- Safe Box: from the ledge near the tunnel that hides Recursive Learning, climb toward the white bridge and clear the blocked route to reach another Safe Box.

This is the shortest collectible stop in the whole sector, but it still has one map completion item that is easy to walk straight past while you focus on the locked door.

5. Soil Research Collectible Locations in Pragmata
Soil Research is the longest cleanup section in Terra Dome. It mixes beachside routes, invisible enemy ambushes, eraser paths, hidden walls, a bunk room, upper ledges, and a dark room near the descent to the Terrarium. This block is packed with Safe Boxes, so you need to search corners, room edges, and every climbable platform before moving on.
5.1. Early Soil Research collectibles before and around the beach
- Safe Box: after meeting Eight, search the forested cave before reaching the beach to find the first box in this block.
- Training Data: at the beach area, follow the side route with erasable blockage, then drop into the lower hatch or climb-down space to reach a broken Cabin containing the training pickup.
- Safe Box: while opening the path with the four switches near the beach, check the hallway just after the elevator for another box.
- Safe Box: at the lookout over the beach, follow the trail leading into the small opening and drop down to the ledge below for another pickup.
- Escape Hatch: behind the four-lock door opened in the beach section.
Training Data Location in Soil Research
- Safe Box: after the next elevator descent, turn right immediately to find a hidden wall concealing a box.
- Safe Box: in that same room, continue past the erasable blockage to reach another box deeper inside.

- Safe Box: in a side room connected to the main path before the later locked-room REM route.
- Safe Box: inside the bunk bedroom.
- Safe Box: immediately to the right after passing through the yellow holo gate.

- Safe Box: in the dark room before the descent to the Terrarium. Climb the container on the left, reach the ledge into the neighboring room, and use the eraser route to grab it.
5.3. Mini Cabin and REM locations in Soil Research
- Mini Cabin: after the invisible enemy fight, take the elevator up, move along the balcony, and look toward the trees on the left to spot it.
- Read Earth Memory – Swing: in the locked room you can reach by entering the door next to the weapon rack, going around the left corner, using the eraser route, and climbing up into the room you saw earlier through the glass.
- Mini Cabin: in a container inside that same locked room as the Swing REM.
5.4. Late Soil Research Pure Lunum and final pickups
- Pure Lunum: in the dark room just before the lift that leads down to the Terrarium.
- Safe Box: one more box can be found by climbing the nearby movable platforms, erasing the blockage, and opening the neighboring route tied to the switch needed for progression.
6. Terrarium Collectible Locations in Pragmata
The Terrarium is short, but you should not rush straight to the boss route and leave. Its main collectibles are tied to the final Red Zone of the sector.

- Escape Hatch: after taking the elevator down, look in front of the WARNING door.
6.2. Terrarium Red Zone rewards
- Pure Lunum: earned by clearing the Red Zone: Terrarium.

- Fully search the Terra Dome Entrance bridge, Plant Factory branches, deer hologram room, and the Central Lift upper-drop loop.
- In Eco Modeling Lab, search every generated tree route before leaving the room, then clear the Red Zone, lower forest section, tunnel side rooms, and the post-miniboss hallway.
- Pick up the single Center Hall Upper Floor collectible as soon as you step off the elevator.
- In Soil Research, sweep the beach, hidden walls, upper balconies, bunk room, locked REM room, and the final dark room before descending.
