PRAGMATA – All Outfits and How to Change Them

Hugh and Diana both have a solid wardrobe to build toward in PRAGMATA. From early Stamp Board unlocks to outfits earned deep into post-game, there are cosmetics worth working toward throughout the entire run.

1. How Outfit Changes Work in PRAGMATA

Outfit customization is tied to the Shelter, the game’s main hub, and is not available from the start. The system comes online partway into the early game, which can make it feel locked or missing if you check menus before reaching that point.

How to Unlock the Outfit System

The outfit menu opens up after your first Shelter upgrade, which introduces Cabin and the Stamp Boards. Before that point, there is no way to change your character’s appearance, regardless of where you look, unless you have the Deluxe Edition Outfit bonus.

  • Shelter upgrade unlocks Cabin and the Stamp Boards
  • Cabin Coins are spent to unlock slots across each board, found in levels, or earned from simulation trials
  • Stamp Boards are tiered: Trainee, Associate, Specialist, Director, and Executive
  • Some outfits unlock by claiming specific slots; others require a full board completion via Blackout

Where to Change Outfits

After unlocking your first outfit, the equip option appears inside the Shelter. There is no cost to swap and no cooldown. You can change freely any time you return to the Shelter.

If the option does not appear yet, one of the following is still blocking access:

  • The Shelter has not been upgraded
  • Stamp Boards have not been unlocked
  • No outfit rewards have been earned from any board

Do Outfits Affect Gameplay?

Outfits in PRAGMATA are purely cosmetic. Changing a suit has no impact on stats, hacking performance, or combat effectiveness, so you can wear whatever you like without any gameplay trade-off.
