Solo Dungeon - Albion Online

Solo Dungeon

Solo Dungeons are one of the most accessible PvE activities in Albion Online. They are designed for a single player and are an excellent way to gain fame, silver, and practice combat builds. You can find them in the open world as glowing green entrances on rocks. Clicking on one will let you channel into an instanced dungeon.

Inside a solo dungeon, you’ll encounter linear paths filled with mobs, minibosses, and loot chests. The difficulty of the dungeon depends on the tier of the zone it is found in. For example, a T4 zone dungeon contains weaker mobs and loot compared to a T7 zone dungeon.

7.1 Key Features of Solo Dungeons

  • Safe entry: Once you channel inside, the entrance closes after 60 seconds, preventing most players from entering after you.
  • Fame farming: Excellent source of fame to level your weapons, armor, and combat specializations.
  • Loot chests: Clearing the dungeon rewards silver, runes, artifacts, and occasionally rare items.
  • Learning builds: Solo dungeons let you test spells and rotations without heavy PvP risk.

7.2 Tips for Solo Dungeons

  1. Match dungeon tier to your Reaver level on the Destiny Board. Fighting mobs above your Reaver tier reduces your damage and increases incoming damage.
  2. Use cheap but effective sets (like T4.1 or T4.2) to balance fame gain and repair costs.
  3. Be alert: in Red and Black Zones, entrances can be invaded if the dungeon hasn’t sealed yet.
