Crafting turns raw materials into weapons, armor, and consumables, while refining upgrades raw resources into usable crafting materials. Together, they drive Albion’s player-driven economy.

Every crafting and refining discipline has its own Destiny Board specialization. For example, Nature Staffs are crafted at a Hunter’s Lodge, while Ore is refined at a Smelter.

City bonuses: Each Royal City offers unique crafting and refining bonuses:

      • Lymhurst → Fiber refining bonus
      • Martlock → Stone refining bonus
      • Fort Sterling → Ore refining bonus
      • Bridgewatch → Hide refining bonus
      • Thetford → Wood refining bonus

18.1 Tips for Crafting and Refining Profitably

      1. Do your refining in the city that matches your resource type to maximize yield.
      2. Use Focus Points (available only with Premium) to increase returns and reduce costs.
      3. Specialize in one or two lines to become efficient and profitable.
      4. Track market prices between cities—regional differences create opportunities for trading and arbitrage.

Crafting can be slow to start, but at higher levels, dedicated crafters and refiners become wealthy by supplying weapons and armor for constant PvP demand.
