Resident Evil 3 Remake: All Charlie Doll Locations Guide

Raccoon City may be in ruins, but there are still collectibles to obtain. Our guide to getting every Charlie Doll in Resident Evil 3 Remake will show you each location for all of the 20 bobbleheads.

SUBWAY STATION (CHARLIE DOLL #1)

The first Charlie Doll in Resident Evil 3 is easy. When Carlos wants you to follow him down into the Subway, turn around towards a school bus. The bobblehead will be sitting on the ground between two newspaper boxes.

DOWNTOWN (CHARLIE DOLLS #2-4)

Head to the Drugstore owner’s safe room. If you go in where the safe is, then it is in the next room to your left, or if you come in through the other door, then you will already be in the correct room. Kill the zombie that is inside. Then you are clear to go for the Charlie Doll that is on top of the east shelf.

Now go to the Donut Shop for the next Charlie Doll. It will be right behind the counter next to the microwave.

Do note to get this Charlie Doll that will mark the final one in Downtown; you need the picklock. Once you obtain that tool, head to Toy Uncle and unlock the door. Right next to the Mega Man statue will be a counter with action figures and your next bobblehead to stab or shoot, depending on how you feel about Charlie.

SUBWAY CONTROL ROOM (CHARLIE DOLL #5)

Right when you go into the Subway Control Room, you will see the Charlie Doll right under the box of donuts on the left side of the control panel.

SUBWAY POWER SUBSTATION (CHARLIE DOLL #6)

The next Charlie Doll is found on the far north end of the Subway Power Substation. Take a left to see a shelf, and on top will be your next bobblehead.

SEWERS (CHARLIE DOLLS #7-8)

This Charlie Doll and first of two found in the Sewers will be on your way to the Lab. Towards the end, you will see a grate, and behind it will be your next Toy Uncle miniature.

Once you get the Battery Pack and head for the exit, go stop halfway up the stairs and turn around. Hanging around above the door you went through will be the Charlie Doll.

NEW DOWNTOWN AREA (AFTER DEMOLITION SITE BOSS FIGHT) (CHARLIE DOLL #9)

You faced a boss and are now in a new part of Downtown. After you go through Gun Shop Kendo, you will end up in a house. Right, when you walk through the door, your Charlie Doll will be staring you down.

POLICE STATION (CHARLIE DOLLS #10-11)

Outside of the Police Station, go down some stairs and head east towards a Courtyard to find the Charlie Doll. Sitting low on the wall on the left will be your bobblehead.

Now you are inside the Police Station. Get into the Safety Deposit Room. On the shelves in the back of the room will be the last Charlie Doll in RCPD.

SUBWAY TUNNELS (CHARLIE DOLL #12)

In the Subway Tunnel, you will get introduced to a cool new toy, Mine Rounds. In a hallway full of zombies, the game will want you to give this new explosive some use. If you do, then you may already destroy this Charlie Doll. In case you don’t, kill the undead that are in your way, then in a little space on the right with a bench, you will find your next collectible under it, sadistically watching you kill.

CLOCK TOWER PLAZA (CHARLIE DOLL #13)

The next Charlie Doll can be easily missed as it is found right before your next fight with Nemesis. Find the green truck on the west side of the Clock Tower Plaza, and your doll will be on the floor next to it and a chest.

HOSPITAL (CHARLIE DOLLS #14-17)

On the first floor of the Hospital, before you go into the Lab Reception, find a gurney with the Charlie Doll sitting right on top of it.

Keep going up until you reach the Roof. Look on the ground to your right to find the Charlie Doll.

Next to the Nurses’ Station is the Sickroom. In the southwest corner, the Charlie Doll is hiding from you in a trash can, knowing death awaits him.

After you are done playing as Carlos and are back in Jill’s shoes, you will be on your way underground. Before you leave into the depths below the Hospital, at the Loading Dock and on a forklift will be the Charlie Doll.

UNDERGROUND STORAGE (CHARLIE DOLL #18)

You need to find three fuses to turn on an elevator. Once you get the first one and squeeze through two shelves, your Charlie Doll will be on the right sitting on a shelf.

SECOND FLOOR OF NEST (CHARLIE DOLLS #19-20)

You are almost there with two more Charlie Dolls in all of RE 3. Both of these will be on the second floor of the NEST facility.

Obtain the Override Key and step through a door that will take you to the north balcony. In the corner, lurking in the shadows will be the Charlie Doll.

The final Charlie Doll is in a small room attached to Lab 1 sitting next to four boxes.
