  3. All downloaded mods will be listed here, so look for the custom content you wish to disable.

Paralives mods vary in their location within the game. If you downloaded a custom script or a building object, you must follow the modmaker’s instructions to see how to access it. Clothing or appearance-related items are found in the Paramaker menu.

  1. Custom content found on the Steam Workshop sometimes includes instructions on how to find the modded item within the Paramaker.
  2. If you don’t see any instructions, then look for the logical menu option where you expect to find them. For example, custom hair would logically be found in the Hairstyles section.
  3. Downloaded mods have a download button icon next to their thumbnails in the Paramaker.
  4. If you hover over that icon, you will see something like Installed from Steam Workshop, telling you where you downloaded that mod.
  5. Customize the selected item for your Parafolk just like any other appearance or clothing-related item.
  6. If an item doesn’t appear in the Paramaker and you think it’s missing, try relaunching the game.

In the case that a mod is broken, wait for the mod to get updated. Alternatively, disable or uninstall it if there seems to be no planned support.
