Devil May Cry 5 Vergil DLC Release Date Revealed

Devil May Cry 5 is already getting an upgraded edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X with new content to enjoy. However, current gen console users will apparently be able to enjoy the same content, as Capcom announced the Vergil DLC's release date on PS4 and Xbox One.

That’s right, current gen console owners will be able to play as Dante’s brother later this year. This new batch of DLC releases on December 15, although it won’t be free. Depending on where you are, the new content will cost $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. And, the DLC will also be available for PC players from the same date.

Owners of the DLC will be able to enjoy Vergil as a fully playable character in the game, who can participate in a variety of different game modes. Players can tackle story missions, as well as modes like the Void and Bloody Palace with the character’s unique moves. With the new DLC, players will now have four characters to choose from for any story mission, with Vergil joining the lineup alongside Dante, Nero and V, meaning fans can enjoy even more time playing the amazing DMC 5.
