Purchase the Electric Fighting Style
Do you have the Electric fighting style? If not, you’ll need to get that fighting style and reach a 400 mastery level for it. A 400 mastery in Electric is a requirement for purchasing its Electric Claw upgrade.
To obtain Electric, go to the volcanic half of Hot and Cold, where you’ll find three fighting-style teachers among the buildings; speak to the Mad Scientist NPC, who sells Electric for $500,000. Select to purchase Electric and kill many enemies with that fighting style to raise its mastery level to 400.

Amass $3,000,000 Beli and 5,000 Fragments
You’ll also need $3,000,000 and 5,000 fragments to purchase Electric Claw in Blox Fruits. So, it’s not an especially cheap fighting style. However, amassing beli by killing many enemies, completing quests, and opening chests is straightforward.
Amassing fragments for obtaining the Electric Claw in Blox Fruits isn’t as straightforward. To amass 5,000 fragments, try completing some raids. Those are timed combat events you can host from the lobbies in Hot and Cold or Castle on the Sea. Completing a raid with a few minutes on the clock will give you about 1,000 fragments.
To host a raid in the Third Sea, buy a boat and go to Castle on the Sea; walk into the castle and go through the door on the right of the entrance to enter the raid lobby. Speak to the Mysterious Scientist in that room and select to purchase a microchip for $100,000. You’ll also need to select a map for the raid.

This raid lobby looks different from the lab in Hot and Cold, but it works just the same. Walk onto one of the yellow tiles for raid hosts. Click (or tap) the green button on the wall to get your raid started.
The raid will start you on one of five islands for fighting enemies. Kill all the enemies on each island to progress. Defeat the boss on the last island to complete the raid with about three to four minutes left to get your 1,000 fragments. Then, you can attempt another raid a few hours later.
Find and Speak to the Previous Hero
Hop on a boat and head to Floating Turtle in the Third Sea. This is quite a large location where you can find the Previous Hero fighting style teacher. Follow the path from the main entrance in Floating Turtle and take two right turns to walk under the arch with red mushrooms beside it. Jump over the two broken pillars to find the Previous Hero a short distance behind them near a tree.

Speak to the Previous Hero non-player character. However, he won’t offer you the Electric Claw immediately. Previous Hero will only talk about the Electric Claw if you can reach the Mansion building within 30 seconds, as he asks.
Run to the Mansion Within 30 Seconds
Select OK and leg it over to the Mansion in less than half a minute. If you’re playing with a race like Rabbit, which has a faster movement speed, reaching the Mansion in 30 seconds isn’t too tricky. It’s best to familiarize yourself with the route to the Mansion from the Previous Hero first so you know exactly where to go. Then, utilize dashing to get there as quickly as you can.
Also, check if you have an accessory to equip that will increase your movement speed. Accessories like Ghoul Mask, Swan Glasses, Jaw Shield, Pilot Helmet, Pretty Helmet, Bandanna, and Cool Shades increase movement speed by variable amounts. For example, Pilot Helmet increases your speed by 130 percent. If you have any of those accessories, equip it to move faster.

However, there’s also a very simple way to reach the Mansion in 30 seconds by teleporting there. To do so, speak to the Set Home Point NPC in the Mansion building. Then, talk to the Previous Hero to start the timer and click the home point button to teleport to the Mansion. This teleporting will guarantee you reach the building within 30 seconds.

Return to speak to the Previous Hero after reaching the Mansion within 30 seconds. Now he’ll offer to sell Electric Claw. Stump up the $3,000,000 and 5,000 fragments to get your Electric Claw.
