Worshippers of the Bloodline is another of those cultist branches you need to eliminate to complete the Cult of Kosmos questline in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Like all the others, it includes six cultists of various levels for you to kill. Killing the cultists is fun, and you’re rewarded with legendary gear sets for eliminating them. So, it’s worth hunting down cultists even if you’re not hellbent on destroying the Cult of Kosmos. This is how you can find all the Worshippers of the Bloodline cultists in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Zoisme
Zoisme is quite a well-hidden Worshippers of the Bloodline cultist who hangs out in a Wild Bear cave in the Malis region of the map. To reveal her location on the map, head to the Wolf Den in Phokis marked on the map screenshot directly below. Kill the animals and open the chest at the Wolf Den to reveal Zoisme’s cave location on the map.
Harpalos
You can find the clue for revealing Harpalos by killing Ares cult followers. For example, complete the “Revenge Served Cold” quest in the Messara region to slay some Followers or Ares. Alternatively, kill all the guards at the Deathbed of Ariadne ruins on Naxos Island, shown directly below. One of them holds a follower’s note clue.
The clue reveals Harplaos to be in the Cave of Ares in the middle of Keos. That’s a cave beside a relatively small pool of water. Harpalos has a base level of 18, which makes him one of the more lightweight cultists to deal with in the game.
Diona
To kill Diona, head to the Shrine of Fates on Kythera where you can complete the “I, Diona” quest, shown on the map snapshot directly below. You’ll need to be some way through the game (beyond “Athens Last Hope”) for that quest to be available. Speak to Diona and escort her to Kythera village as requested. She’ll then give you a series of tasks to do that will eventually lead you to a cultist member. Complete all these follow-on quests to find Diona:
- “Pick Your Poison”
- “All Bonds Will Break”
- “The Handmaiden Story”
- “In a Rush”
- “By the Fates”
The penultimate quest you’ll need to finish is “By the Fates.” That quest reveals that Diona has a twin sister, giving you a choice to kill one or the other. Select the “On the right – you’re Diona” dialog option to kill the real Worshippers of the Bloodline cultist.
Chrysis
You can kill Chrysis on the “Ashes to Ashes” main story quest when you meet up with her. If Chrysis escapes you, however, you can finish her off by completing the “Death Comes for Us All” side quest at the map location shown directly below. Speak to a civilian on the bridge along the path leading to the gateway entrance of Argos to start the “Death Comes for Us All” quest. That quest leads you into the forest where you’ll meet Chrysis again.
Melite
Melite is another Worshippers of the Bloodline cultist you can find by completing a series of side quests. To find him, head to Lato in Pephka within the southeast corner of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey map. There you must speak to Leiandros to complete the “Minotaur de Force,” “Cashing in on the Cow,” and “What Lies Beneath the Surface” quests.
Completing “What Lies Beneath the Surface” unlocks the “No More Bull” quest. Complete the “No More Bull” quest to help Leiandros rescue his daughter. Finishing that quest reveals the location of the Melite cultist at Kresilas’s Residence in Kydonia. Go there to kill the Melite cultist.
Iokaste the Seer
To find Iokaste the Seer, you must kill all the other Worshippers of the Bloodline cult members above. Doing so will reveal her location at Anavatos Ruins in Chios. Go there to finish him off, but you’ll need to be at a high level to match him.
Have fun hunting down and eliminating all those Worshippers of the Bloodline cultists. When you’ve finished off all six of them, you’ll be closer to defeating the Cult of Kosmos in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
