The Blox Fruits Roblox game includes numerous accessories for you to find, among which is the Musketeer Hat. Musketeer Hat is an accessory you can obtain by completing the Citizen Quest in Blox Fruits. This is a side quest you can do in the Third Sea, for which the Musketeer Hat is a hidden accessory. You’ll also need that accessory to complete the Hungry Man quest. This is how you can start and complete the Citizen Quest in Blox Fruits.

Find and Speak to the Citizen NPC
To start the Citizen Quest in Blox Fruits, you must have reached the Third Sea and be at level 1,800 or above. If you’re below that level, you’ll need to get down to some grinding. When you’ve reached level 1,775, you can use your compass to find the Floating Turtle location in the Third Sea, where you can start the Citizen Quest.
When you’re at level 1,800, speak to the Citizen NPC on Floating Turtle. You can find this NPC standing by a building near the entrance to the Mansion. Citizen will ask you to help him defeat 50 Forest Pirates. Select “Confirm” to start the quest.

Kill All the Required Enemies
Next, kill the Forest Pirates. You can find these enemies on the right side of Turtle Mansion, which is easy enough. When you’ve killed 50 of them, speak to Citizen again.
Citizen will now ask you to kill the Captain Elephant boss, which is slightly tougher. This is a level 1,875 boss you’ll find easier if your character matches or eclipses his level. Captain Elephant uses Twin Hooks, a weapon he’ll sometimes randomly drop when defeated.

Captain Elephant spawns near the Forest Pirates. Walk through the broken wall in that area to find and fight him. If you can’t find him there, wait 10-15 minutes for the boss to respawn.
Find the Musketeer Hat
When you’ve defeated Captain Elephant, speak to Citizen again. Citizen will tell you about a hidden treasure you can find in Floating Turtle. That treasure is the Musketeer Hat, but the Citizen NPC doesn’t drop any hints about where you can find that treasure in Floating Turtle.

The Citizen Quest in Blox Fruits is not truly completed until you’ve found the Musketeer Hat. To find that accessory, walk down the path leading to the wall opposite the Mansion building on the other side of Floating Turtle, shown in the snapshot directly below. This wall area is by a few red mushrooms and has a high-rise building above it.

You will need to smash a hole through the wall area behind the red mushroom shown below. To break through that wall, you must use a strong sword or fruit move. Walk through the hole in the wall you’ve created and open the chest behind it to obtain the Musketeer Hat accessory.

Musketeer Hat is an accessory of the legendary variety, which means it’s a good one. Equipping this accessory increases sword and gun damage by 12.5%. It also reduces sword and gun cool-downs by 12.5%.
Obtaining the Musketeer Hat is worth it for players who utilize sword and gun weapons. You’ll also receive a good amount of EXP for completing the Citizen Quest in Blox Fruits. When you’ve finished this quest, find and speak to the Hungry Man NPC in Floating Turtle to start a different quest for upgrading Instinct to version two.
