Wuthering Waves | All Rinascita Knight and Sword Locations (Knight of the Crimson Moon Guide)Rinascita is the beautiful new Italian-themed region added to Wuthering Waves in Version 2.0 and, along with introducing the incredibly fun and addictive flying mechanic, it is filled to bursting with secrets to find. From a suite of new Resonance Caskets to locate to some seriously tough world bosses and an intriguing new set of painting puzzles, Rinascita is WuWa’s exploration at its finest and one of the most interesting secrets hidden throughout Rinascita’s first major area, the Whisperwind Haven, are the lost Knights and Swords of the Silver Moon Cove.

Scattered throughout the Whisperwind Haven are lost Rinascita Knights who have had their virtues corrupted, leaving them empty, sin-driven husks. Each of these Knights bears a special sword and, if you can find and then put their swords back in their rightful place in Silver Moon Cove, you can summon the unique Knight of the Crimson Moon boss. Summoning, and then defeating, this special Knight will shower you with goodies and even award you with a free Standard Banner pull, making this secret questline well worth the effort.

Here’s where you can find all five of the unique Rinascita Knights to summon the Crimson Knight in Wuthering Waves Version 2.0.

All Knight and Sword Locations in Wuthering Waves

Knight of Atrocity Location

The first Rinascita Knight most players will come across in Wuthering Waves is the Knight of Atrocity. This is because he’s located very close to both a Resonance Nexus and a Material Domain, making him particularly easy to stumble across compared to the other Knights, who are a bit more out of the way. To easily reach his location, just travel to the Whisperwind Haven Resonance Nexus and then hop down the cliff towards the Abyss of Initiation Domain.

Once you arrive, you should encounter a rogue Knight butchering some random Tactet Discords. Upon approach, he will aggro onto you and begin attacking relentlessly. This is the Knight of Atrocity, a stronger, beefier version of a Questless Knight. Fortunately, he (as well as the other Knights needed for this quest) are all about level 86 or 87, making them pretty easy to defeat for most players entering Rinascita.

Besting the Knight of Atrocity will award you with the first sword needed to summon the Knight of the Crimson Moon, the Sword of Atrocity.

Knight of Greed Location

Next up is the Knight of Greed and you’ll find him very close to where you found the Knight of Atrocity. To find him, begin at the Abyss of Initiation Domain and then make your way east via the guided path. In no time at all, you’ll stumble across a group of four Fractidus guarding three Supply Chests. How fortuitous.

Defeating the Fractidus will unlock the chests but you won’t be able to claim their goodies just yet as, when you go to open them, the Knight of Greed will appear and attack you. From here, you’ll need to engage the Knight of Greed in battle, who is level 86 and has the same moveset as the Nocturnus Knights. Defeating him will drop the second sword you need, the Sword of Greed, as well as unlock the other chests you haven’t yet picked up.

Knight of Cowardice Location

Nearby the Knight of Atrocity, you’ll find the third Rinascita Knight, the anxious Knight of Cowardice. This is arguably the easiest Knight encounter in Wuthering Waves because you won’t have to fight a Knight at all. Instead, you’ll first need to head to the swampy area south of the Whisperwind Haven Resonance Nexus. To be a bit more specific, you’ll want to head down to the Resonance Beacon next to the Professional Guard Dream Patrol activity.

Once you arrive in this area, you should get an environmental objective telling you to check on the source of a strange noise in one of the nearby bushes. This, of course, ends up being our third Knight, the aptly named Knight of Cowardice. Instead of immediately gunning for you, the Knight of Cowardice will reveal that he has lost his precious Sword and he’ll even ask you to get it back for him.

The Sword of Cowardice can be found staked into the ground on a nearby hill surrounded by four enemy Tacet Discords. Defeating these opponents will let you pick up the Sword of Cowardice and immediately add it to your inventory. Upon doing so, the Knight of Cowardice will vanish from his hiding place, never to be seen again (although a regular Diurnus Knight will spawn nearby for a free Echo).

Knight of Vanity Location

The Knight of Vanity is one of the more flashy encounters against the Rinascita Knights in Wuthering Waves. To find him, you’ll need to first head to Egla Town in southern Whisperwind Haven. This is the largest populated area outside of Ragunna City and it connects to the Thessaleo Fells area via a massive bridge.

Upon arriving in Egla Town, you’ll want to make your way up to that bridge connecting Whisperwind Haven to Thessaleo Fells. While the bridge may appear empty at first, trying to cross to the other side will spawn two familiar Knightly figures. After a short cutscene, the pair will engage in battle with one another, as well as with yourself if you get too close.

Both of these Knights are the Knights of Vanity and you must defeat both to claim the Sword of Vanity. Each Knight has the same moveset and they don’t have much else in the way of unique attacks, you just need to be able to dodge and keep an eye on two targets at once. If you want a bit of an easier time, you can hang back and lay low for a bit, which will cause the two Knights to aggro on one another.

Knight of Ignorance Location

The final Knight you need to encounter is the Knight of Ignorance, who can be found on the southern shore of the Silver Moon Grove. The Silver Moon Grove is an isolated island area to the north of Whisperwind Have which is still considered part of the Haven for exploration progress purposes.

The easiest way to reach Silver Moon Grove is to head along the north road from the Whisperwind Haven Resonance Nexus. Eventually, you’ll arrive at a Dream Patrol next to a tall cliff face overlooking an abandoned island off in the distance. From here, simply jump off the cliff, pop your Flight gadget, and safely soar on over to reach the Silver Moon Grove.

Once you touch down on the island, the Knight of Ignorance will be easy enough to find as he’ll be guarding the ruins where the Silver Moon Grove Resonance Nexus is located. Just like with the other Knights, be sure to dodge his attacks and counter-attack wherever possible to quickly build up his Stun bar. As a reward for defeating the Knight of Ignorance, you’ll obtain the last sword you need in Wuthering Waves, the Sword of Ignorance.

How to Summon the Knight of the Crimson Moon

With the five swords in your possession, you can return to the Silver Moon Grove and put them in their rightful place. At the heart of the Silver Moon Grove is a large lake – one you can walk atop freely – and surrounding this lake are five pedestals, all of which are expelling a beam of red light. There’s one pedestal for each sword and each pedestal also has an inscription revealing that these swords were once weapons of virtue and not corruption.

Once you nestle all five swords safely in their pedestals, a sixth, much larger sword will rise from the water of the lake. At first, this sword will be grey and stone-like, and interacting with the sword will reveal a strange inscription, one that asks you to return at sunset (or between 17:00 and 18:00). If you return at the given time, the sword in the lake will have lost its stony sheen, bearing a unique bronze handle instead.

Interacting with the sword on the lake at sunset will begin a short cutscene and summon the Knight of the Crimson Moon, the most powerful of the Rinascita Knights and the final obstacle between you and your prize. The Crimson Knight is level 87 like the other Knights and fights in much the same way, with a brief affinity over the Electro element and the ability to summon a clone like the Knights of Atroicty and Vanity.

Defeating the Knight of the Crimson Moon will finish this secret quest line in Wuthering Waves, spawning in three chests at the back of the lake. Two of these chests will be Standard Supply Chests, which award 10 Astrite alongside other useful upgrade materials, whereas the third will be a special Premium Supply Chest containing a Lustrous Tide. This can used to do one free summon on the Standard Resonator or Standard Weapon Convenes.

That was where I found all of the Riniscita Knights and their swords in Wuthering Waves.
