Port Elpis is a location players reach in chapter five of Zenless Zone Zero. This port location has 10 ZZZ HIA coins for players to collect. Three Things You Need to Do First
There are three things you should do to ensure all the ZZZ HIA coins spawn in Port Elpis. The three things you should do first are:
- Speak to and kick Sage in a Barrel. You can find Sage by the stairs leading down to the marina in Elpis.
- I recommend activating Officer Mewmew in Port Elpis. Then, you can claim seeker medals from him for collecting all the coins.
- Speak to the Nian NPC standing by the statue near Officer Mewmew in Elipis. Then, complete the full side quest, including its combat commission, Nian starts to ensure all the ZZZ HIA coins in Port Elpis spawn.

To activate Mewmew, change the time in Elpis to late night. Then, you can speak to Mewmew at that time to start a side quest for him. Completing that side quest will activate Officer Mewmew in the Elpis location, who will appear in the marina thereafter.
You must also refresh the Elpis location after collecting each HIA coin for another to spawn. This means you must select to teleport out to another location, such as Ballet Twins Road, and then return to Elpis to find another HIA coin. You can collect the 10 ZZZ HIA coins in Port Elpis by speaking to these NPCs at the specified times.

To collect this ZZZ HIA coin, speak to Mitsuharu in the morning. You can find Mitsuhara fishing at the back end of the marina. That NPC gives you a coin when spoken to.

Grandpa Gu (Morning)
You can collect this HIA coin by speaking to Grandpa Gu in the morning. You can find Gu fishing near the stairs at the marine. Then, speak to Feng who is fishing near Officer Mewmew and will give you the coin.

McDunn (Morning)
This is another HIA coin you can collect during the morning. To collect it, speak to McDunn when standing in front of the lighthouse. Then, interact with the Sea God Statue at the marina by Mewmew. Speak to McDunn again to collect your next HIA coin.

Teppei (Afternoon)
To collect this ZZZ HIA coin, speak to Teppei during the afternoon time (press T to select times). You’ll find Teppei standing near the fries food truck in Elpis. Then, speak to Phee at the fries food truck to collect your coin.

Dennis (Afternoon)
You can collect another coin by speaking to Dennis during the afternoon time. Dennis is the NPC who overlooks the marina area with binoculars. He’ll give you an HIA coin when you speak to him.

Lanza (Afternoon)
Speak to Lanza sitting on a table beside Tater King (the fries truck) in Port Elpis in the afternoon. He’ll tell you about his parents’ anniversary coin. Then, he’ll give you that unwanted HIA coin.

To collect this HIA coin, change the time to evening. Speak to Muqing standing near the statue in the marina. Then, change the game time to the next evening by cycling through times. Talk to Muqing again in the second evening to receive an HIA coin from her.

Nachi (Evening)
Speak to Nachi by the warehouse and a small cat in the evening. Then, interact with the cat beside a chair almost directly behind Nachi’s original position. Nachi will reappear to give you an HIA coin.

Mysterious Guy (Late Night)
This is one of two ZZZ HIA coins in Elpis you can collect late at night. To collect this particular one, speak to Mysterious Guy standing near the lighthouse. He won’t give you the coin there and then. Forward the time to the next late night in Port Elpsis and speak to Mysterious Guy a second time. He’ll give you the coin the second time you speak with him at late night.

Lifebuoy (Late Night)
You can collect this coin by speaking to the Lifebuoy at night. Walk down the stairs leading to the marina to interact with the Lifebuoy and save Gully. Gully will give you an HIA coin when saved.

Now you’ve collected those 10 ZZZ HIA coins, you can claim your rewards. First, speak to Officer Mewmew to claim your talent seeker medals for collecting five and 10 HIA Commemorative Coins (plus Dennies, Polychromes, Official Investigator Logs, and a W-Engine Power Supply). Then, speak to Sage in a Barrel again to exchange your coins for more Dennies and resources.
