How Does F1 Manager 2022 Driver Ratings Work?
Every driver will be rated out of 100 like in the Fifa games. These will be overall ratings, and they will be the first thing you should look at while hiring a driver.
There are also different attributes of drivers that contribute to these overall ratings, such as cornering, braking, and consistency.
Besides drivers, the staff, like Race Engineer, Head of Aerodynamics, and Technical Chief, will have overall ratings too in F1 Manager 2022.
If you’ve ever played a managerial game before, like Football Manager, you can understand the logic of these attributes and overall ratings easily.
If a driver’s smoothness and control attributes are high, this means that the driver is good at the management of tires. Or, if a driver’s overtaking and defending attributes are high, this means that the driver is capable of winning on-track battles for position.
Meanwhile, a staff who has a good overall rating can help you to gather more accurate data and confidence with the car.

Even the pit crew has ratings in the game. The higher ratings for the pit crew mean better and faster pit time, which is so important during the race.

F1 Manager 2022 All Driver Ratings
As we mention, every driver has an overall rating in F1 Manager 2022. This means that there are ratings for the current F1 grid, teams’ reserve drivers, and drivers from the current F2 and F3 line-ups.
According to the ratings of the game, the strongest drivers will be Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, who have 90 points out of 100.
Charles Leclerc stands out as the third strongest driver of the game with 88 points, while Carlos Sainz, Sergio Perez, and Valtteri Bottas have 87 points.
On the other hand, the weakest F1 driver of the game will be Nicholas Latifi with 73 points.

In Formula 2, Jehan Daruvala stands alone with the highest driver rating of 73 at the top of the rating list of F1 Manager 2022, and Virtuosi pilot Jack Doohan follows him with a driver rating of 72.
