Welcome back, Agents! I hope you enjoyed the Season of the Awakening; Now we move on to higher stakes. The Season of High-Stakes has begun, bringing a whole new roadmap featuring brand new content alongside some returning favourites. There are new challenges, featured contracts, Twitch Drops, a brand new Celebrity Elusive Target and returning Elusive Targets. Well, without further ado, let’s take a look at what’s coming in the new season.

Celebrity Elusive Target – Mads Mikkelsen
Agent 47’s poker face will be put to the test against Casino Royale’s Le Chiffre
IOI have once again partnered with another celebrity to give us a special elusive target mission to take on. This time, to correspond with the recent 007: First Light reveal, we’ll be taking on notorious 007 villain Le Chiffre, played once again by Mads Mikkelsen. Like a lot of the Celebrity Elusive Targets, you’ll be heading to a familiar location that has been altered to fit the narrative of your target. For this mission, you’ll return to Paris, where the fashion show aesthetic has been swapped out for a private casino. You’ll get to explore new ways to take down your target, like infiltrating a high-stakes poker game to get close to Le Chiffre.
This Elusive Target is available now till July 6th for everyone who owns HITMAN: World of Assassination. Remember, you’ll only get one chance to take Le Chiffre down and on completion, you will earn “The Banker Suit”. Anyone who only owns the Free Starter Pack also has a chance to play through a two-level Arcade contract. If you fail the mission, your progress will restart from the first level, and the contract will be locked for 12 hours.

Additionally, like with the other Celebrity Elusive Targets, IOI will be releasing this mission in a DLC pack for all platforms. The Banker Pack will be priced at $4.99/€4.99/£3.99.

- A set of six cosmetics for the Freelancer Safehouse inspired by the Elusive Target.

Returning Elusive Targets
With the Celebrity Elusive Target taking centre stage, we also have plenty of returning targets to spice up the pot. A new set of different Elusive Targets will run back in succession.

Challenges
During the Season of the High-Stakes, we’ll be receiving three new challenges, each offering themed rewards.
The first challenge, Big Boom, will take us back to Whittleton Creek to set off some fireworks. On completion, you’ll receive The Party Cracker. Begin the challenge on July 3rd.

The second challenge, One Too Many, is set on Haven Island with a focus on helping guests who feel a little ill. On completion, you’ll receive the Cocktail Shaker. Begin the challenge on July 24th.

The final challenge, Banana Blazer, takes players to Mendoza to explore new fruit recipes. On completion, you’ll receive the Pastel Suit. Begin the challenge on August 25th.

Featured Contracts
Alongside the new challenges, we’re also getting quite a few featured contracts created by the community.
The first set of featured contracts, Quicksilver, has been curated by Vicks where you’ll need to perform lightning fast shifts and clever disguise swaps to pull off each assignment. Quicksilver is available now for all players.

Twitch Drops
As usual, per season, there are some Twitch Drops available for all agents. This time, we have three drops that can be obtained by watching a cumulative hour of HITMAN: World of Assassination. Here is when each drop period lasts and what items you get:
- The Casino Monarchique Chip (100,000) is available between the 6th June – 5th July.
- A summer-themed Suit for 47 is available between 17th July – 28th July
- A new purple coloured fibre wire to bring some colour to your kills is available between 14th August – 25th August.
