Hope you enjoyed your summer assignments with the Season of the High-Stakes, Agents. There’s no time to take a break now with the new season on the horizon. Season of the Dragon is here, bringing a whole new roadmap featuring brand new content alongside some returning favourites. There are new challenges, featured contracts, Twitch Drops, a brand-new Celebrity Elusive Target with a twist, alongside returning Elusive Targets, a big update for HITMAN VR, and news for the 25th anniversary. Well, without further ado, let’s take a look at what’s coming in the new season.
Here’s a brief visual summary of what’s to come in the Season of the Dragon roadmap:
Celebrity Elusive Target – Bruce Lee
To start things off, we have the brand-new Celebrity Elusive Target mission, featuring martial arts legend Bruce Lee. However, in a shocking twist, Bruce won’t be your target but your ally. He takes on the role of an undercover agent tasked with infiltrating the Concord Union via an underground tournament located at the Himmapan Hotel. The target is Jiaolong Wu, aka “The Dragon”, who will be trying to stop Bruce from completing his mission. Bruce Lee will rely on your support to overcome the syndicate’s nefarious tricks and secure his place inside. Victory for him means success for you.
This Celebrity Elusive Target is available starting September 25th – November 20th for all platforms with the usual rules applied, one chance only. However, free Starter Pack players will get the chance to experience this mission through a two-level Arcade contract titled, The Dragon. Unlike World of Assassination players, upon failure, progress will restart from the first level, and the contract will be locked for 12 hours. Players can unlock the Master Martial Artist Suit upon completion.
Additionally, like a lot of the recent Celebrity Elusive Targets, this mission will be bundled up for purchase sometime in the future. The Bruce Lee Pack includes The Dragon Arcade Contract, new melee weapons, a new suit, and some cosmetics for your safehouse. It’ll be priced at $4.99/€4.99/£3.99.
Returning Elusive Targets
With the Celebrity Elusive Target taking centre stage, there’s plenty of returning targets to warm you up. A new set of different Elusive Targets will run back in succession. Remember, these missions can only be attempted if players have yet to take them on. Those who have already completed or failed will not be able to replay them.
Here’s who’s coming back for another round:
The Pharmacist returns to Paris for another rendezvous starting October 10th till October 19th.
The Bad Boy is back on set at Sapienza from October 17th to October 26th.
The Entertainer will be returning to the night market of Marrakesh from November 7th to November 16th.
Finally, the Warlord will be checking into the Himmanpan Hotel in Bangkok from November 14th to November 23rd.
Hitman VR Update
Available now is the major update for HITMAN VR for all PC & PSVR2 players. PC VR has been overhauled with gameplay features from the PlayStation VR2 version.
