It was a hell of a ride with the season of Eminem vs Slim Shady, but now it’s time for something more viral. Welcome to the Season of Patient Zero Requiem, where IOI has another batch of content. This includes another Celebrity Elusive Target, returning Elusive Targets, New Challenges and more. Well, without further ado, let’s take a look at what’s coming in the new season.

Celebrity Elusive Target
Starting things off this season with the newest Celebrity Elusive Target, Patient Zero Requiem, featuring Actor Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil, The Fifth Element), available now (Feb 25th). She’ll be taking on the role of Lilith Deverux, the incoming CEO of the Ether Biotech Corporation and our newest target. You’ll be attending a fundraiser hosted by Ether at Thornbridge Manor (Dartmoor, England), where you’ll uncover the secrets of Devereux’s mysterious past and rise to power.
The Celebrity Elusive Target will be available for all owners of HITMAN World of Assassination and the Free Demo (formerly the Free Starter Pack). In the two-level Arcade contract, The Contagion, you’ll have a chance of taking out Lilith (Milla Jovovich), though if you fail, you’ll have to restart from the first level, and the contract will be on cooldown for 30 minutes—the original ‘one chance only’ Elusive Target will only be available to World of Assassination players. Players who launch the Elusive Target can complete the Under New Management challenge. On completion, you’ll earn the Urban Maverick with Gloves suit.
Patient Zero Requiem Pack
Additionally, as in previous seasons, there will be a brand-new DLC pack for all platforms. The Patient Zero Requiem Pack includes The Contagion two-level Arcade contract, along with new weapons and Freelancer Safehouse cosmetic items. The DLC pack will cost $4.99/€4.99/£3.99.

- The Bartoli 75S “Lucky Knight” handgun
- The Sickle Sacrificus

The Elusive Target mission will be available to play from February 25th until March 24th, with the Arcade missions “The Contagion” being free to play during the same period.
Returning Elusive Targets
With the Celebrity Elusive Target taking centre stage, there’s plenty of returning targets to warm you up. A new set of different Elusive Targets will run back in succession. Remember, these missions can only be attempted if players have yet to take them on. Those who have already completed or failed will not be able to replay them.

If you missed it the first time, The Infiltrator featuring Bruce Lee returns from March 25th to April 26th. Alongside the mission returning, the Bruce Lee Pack will also be available to purchase once more.

Return to Marrakesh, Morocco, to eliminate The Fixer from March 27th to April 5th.

Take another trip to Dartmoor and hunt down The Collector from April 17th to 26th.

Finally, from April 17th to 26th, take a visit to Paris and stop The Forger from ever creating a forgery again.

New Challenges
We’ve got some new challenges this season, starting with Initiate’s First Speedrun available now. This challenge celebrates HITMAN (2016)’s 10th anniversary, where it all began, The ICA Facility. Get your first taste of speedrunning to complete this challenge and receive the Tactical Turtleneck With Gloves.

Starting March 25th is the Quintuple Trouble challenge, where it’s all about using a slick ICA-issued sniper rifle to take out your targets. Prove yourself worthy in this challenge, focusing on collateral damage and ammo efficiency and earn the Druzhina 34 ICA.

New Featured Contract Packs
We’ll also be getting some new featured contracts created by members of the HITMAN community. Titled Atmosphere Valentine’s Gravity, available now and just a bit late, is the Valentine’s Day themed Featured Contracts pack created by Atmosphere.

Available March 25th is all about the most important piece of 47’s wardrobe, the suit. Titled Lukefsje’s Suit Stylin, this featured contract batch curated by Lukefsje is all about the suits and executing your job in style.

Returning Events
This season only has one returning event, and that is the Berlin Egg Hunt, which will go on from April 17th to May 11th. If you’re not aware of the event, they are unique Escalation Contracts set in Berlin. You must eliminate various people dressed as rabbits using strange and poisonous easter eggs.

Twitch Drops & IOI Account Unlocks
Finally, it’s time for your seasonal Twitch Drops, with the first one available now till March 19th. With this drop, it’s time to add one more tool to your purple toolbox of murder instruments. Unlock the Purple Streak Screwdriver after watching a cumulative 30 minutes of HITMAN World of Assassination on Twitch. The second Twitch Drop will be available from April 2nd to 23rd. To celebrate Easter, unlock the Perfectly Purple Easter Egg.

Alongside the Twitch Drops are some unlockables if you have your IOI account connected to HITMAN World of Assassination. With the arrival of ”The Harbinger” and the forthcoming re-run of “The Infiltrator”, Elusive Target featuring Bruce Lee during the Season of Patient Zero Requiem, you will be able to collect not one, but two exclusive IOI Account Unlocks.
The In-flu-ential Duck & The Tracksuit Duck
The first is The In-flu-ential Duck, a proximity-activated emetic gas duck wearing an evening gown and a spider necklace. Play “The Harbinger” or “The Contagion” from now till March 24th, and link your IOI Account to be awarded this duck. The second unlock is The Tracksuit Duck, a duck wearing a yellow tracksuit. You can unlock this item from March 25th to April 26th by playing “The Infiltrator” or “The Dragon” and linking your IOI Account to be awarded this duck.
