In a recent Nintendo Direct segment, Nintendo confirmed that two games from Bethesda's shooter line up will be heading to the Switch.
The first is 2016's Doom, set to release over the holiday period. Doom received masses of praise for its lengthy, non-stop action rollercoaster of a campaign which celebrated brutality. A stream of (recently) free DLC multiplayer updates has given a touch more life to the multiplayer component also.
The second game heading to the Switch is Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Ever since the series' soft reboot back in 2014, Wolfenstein has received mixed reviews but garnered a strong following amongst players. Though The New Colossus will be arriving sometime next year, behind the PC, Xbox One, and PS4 versions, it will surely be a welcome addition to the Switch's roster which currently has very few mature games to its name.

What an announcement! We would never have thought it possible in the days of Wii and Wii U! Bravo anyway Nintendo and Bethesda, it was really an ad that managed to surprise me!
