Go to Marques Boutique in Florawish
First things first, to obtain the Fluttering Wishes dress in Infinity Nikki, you’ll need to find where it’s sold. The shop in question is the Marques Boutique, the largest clothing store in Florawish, the first major region and town of the game. Marques Boutique is located just off of Wish Tree Square by the Stylist’s Guild, with the Warp Spire just outside the Guild being the closest teleport point to the boutique.
Before entering the store, you can have a look at a mannequin just to the right of the door to see your prize in person as the Fluttering Wish dress will be proudly displayed here. The most eye-catching part about the dress will easily be the three paper cranes flying around it and, while they bear a striking similarity to the other paper cranes you find around the square, they’re a separate entity unique to the dress itself.
Marques Boutique is full of different clothing items to purchase for varying amounts of Bling and you even have an option to ask the clerk Marques Jr. about the dress outside. This means that when combined with the 779,000 Bling you’ll need to spend even to unlock access to the dress, Fluttering Wishes will run you a total of 1,359,000 Bling. This is a ludicrous amount of money, especially early on in the game, although there are some relatively easy methods for filling your pockets.

Best Way to Get Blings in Infinity Nikki
The most efficient way to get Bling in Infinity Nikki is to trade in materials and Vital Energy at the Realm of Escalation. This is the first Challenge Realm you’ll unlock by progressing through the story and it’s also easily the best way to get a lot of Bling in a short amount of time, with your only limitation being how much Vital Energy you have on hand. If you have enough materials to trade in a full day’s worth of Vital Energy (which is capped at 350), you’ll obtain 560,000 Blings, meaning that you’ll be able to buy out the Marques Boutique in only two days. Of course, if you’re willing to spend Energy Crystals (which instantly regen 80 Energy per Crystal) you can get this done in a much shorter amount of time.
If you’d rather keep your resources for Sketches, the other main ways of collecting and farming Bling are to explore the open world or reattempt mini-games. Bling in the open world will respawn every 24 hours, giving you an infinite source of Bling if you’re willing to look around for it. Meanwhile, reattempting mini-games will cost you 100 Bling per attempt but award 750 Bling per Perfect Completion: this is a 650 Bling profit for activities which, on average, only take about 30 seconds. Both of these methods are direct ways to farm Bling, even if they are significantly lower than finite options.
In addition to these farmable sources of Bling, most quests will grant a healthy injection of cash once you complete them. Main Quests will grant you, on average, 20,000 Blings on completion, whereas World Quests will give you 10,000 and certain Random Quests will give you 3,000. While this is less efficient than simply using the Realm of Escalation or searching out Bling directly, you will be obtaining other rewards alongside the Bling, including Diamonds needed to summon on the Resonance Banners. As such, this is the best method if you want to passively save up Bling for the dress while also experiencing as much of Infinity Nikki as possible.

Fluttering Wishes is very unique in Infinity Nikki as it’s one of the only large traditional ballgown dresses currently in the game. Of course, in terms of noticeable and unique details, the trio of paper cranes takes the crown: whenever Nikki is standing still while wearing Fluttering Wishes, a trio of blue paper cranes will begin flying around her and they will continue until she begins moving.
From the intricate crane detailing on the dress itself to the inclusion of the paper cranes, Fluttering Wishes is a beautiful homage to the traditions of Florawish.

Outside of just looking nice, Fluttering Wishes is a very useful item to have for Stylist Competitions. This is because the most notable thing about Fluttering Wishes’ stats is that it has very high amounts of Elegance, with it being one of the only free SS-tier Elegance items in all of Infinity Nikki. Elegant clothes are some of the hardest to find in the early hours of Infinity Nikki, especially if you’re avoiding relying on the Resonance gacha system to get your outfits. The only other free option that comes close to the SS Rank of Fluttering Wishes is the Fearless Butterfly Dress, which has an Elegant rank of S and must have its Sketch unlocked from the Heart of Infinity. There are several prominent Stylist competitions which require a high Elegance score, with the most notable being the Breezy Meadows Sovereign, the Sovereign of Elegance, and having Fluttering Wishes close at hand will make beating those contests much easier.
