The first Italian gem on my list is no other than Fabio Abiuso with a 65 overall rating and a 77 potential rating on EA Sports FC 24 career mode. The 20 year old striker comes into career mode with promising stats which are:

- Strength – 70
- Composure – 67
- Shot Power – 65
- Stamina – 65
- Ball Control – 65
These promising stats makes Abiuso a threat in his opponents yard. However, he still has more to offer, with his 77 potential rating which will make him one of the best wonderkid strikers in career mode. The Italian born is in the starting eleven for Serie B side Modena and has scored 5 goals in 18 appearances.

Matteo Angeli, Cittadella
With a 65 overall rating and a 76 potential rating, the 20 year old speedster Matteo Angeli ranks as the best promising centre back from Italy. The 20 year old CB’s best attributes are:

Cremonese have some talented wonderkids in their lineup, and one of them is the 69 overall centre midfielder Christian Acella. By the time Acella reaches his 76 potential rating, he would definitely be one of the best CM’s both for his club and country. His best attributes are:

With an 69 overall rating at the defensive midfield position, Luca Belardinelli is the exact kind of build that most coaches scout for in career mode. The 23 year old has some great defensive stats which are:

The first wonderkid goalie on my list is Bologna’s very own Nicola Bagnolini with a 55 overall rating and a 72 potential rating. The Italian born goalkeeper has some decent stats which are:

- GK Positioning – 53
- GK Diving – 52
He started playing at the age of 11 for AC Cesena before moving to Bologna in 2018. There is plenty of room for progression for this 19 year old and he could be a great addition to your team at a value of £255k.

Last but definitely not the least on my list of hidden gems from Italy is Frosinone’s very own Gennaro Borrelli who comes into career mode with a 61 overall rating and a 67 potential rating. The wonderkid striker is incredibly athletic in career mode and his best ratings are:
- Strength – 80
- Jumping – 73
- Heading Accuracy – 69
- Attacking Position – 68
- Finishing – 64
- Shot Power – 64
The 23 year old striker is able to play as a centre forward thanks to his keen eye for goal and attacking precision on his opponents yard. He made his professional debut for Serie B side Pescara in 2019 and has been on loan moves to clubs like Cosenza, Juve Stabia, Monopoli, Frosinone and Brescia.
