Resident Evil Requiem: Complete Trophy List Guide

Looking to earn the Platinum trophy in Resident Evil Requiem? This guide sorts all trophies from Platinum to Bronze with full tips, the best 3-playthrough roadmap, CP management advice, and missable warnings for a clean 20-hour Platinum run.

Resident Evil Requiem Complete Trophy List Guide

Resident Evil Requiem has 50 trophies on PS5, making it one of the most streamlined Resident Evil platinums to date. Unlike previous entries, cheats such as Infinite Ammo and Infinite RPG are fully compatible with trophy hunting, and all difficulty trophies stack, meaning one Insanity clear covers every lower-difficulty requirement simultaneously.

1. How to Get All Trophies

Resident Evil Requiem‘s platinum is built around smart CP (Challenge Points) management across many focused playthroughs. Knowing when to spend and when to save your CP is the single most important factor in how smoothly the platinum unfolds.

Key Rules

  • Never spend CP on Concept Art or Models until after the Insanity run. The Insanity clear alone rewards 40,000 CP, more than enough to buy all of them at the end.
  • Farm Bloodlust early via save reload with Transfusion Bags before beginning the Speedrun, since the No Blood Collector challenge prohibits using the Blood Collector in your second playthrough.
  • Keep a manual save in each major region throughout every playthrough. Since there is no Chapter Select, these saves act as a pseudo Chapter Select to clean up any missed trophies.
  • Difficulty trophies stack. Beating Insanity retroactively unlocks Resolute Agent (Standard Classic), Rising Agent (Standard Modern), and Rookie Agent (Casual).

2. Best Playthrough Order

Three playthroughs are the optimal path to get Platinum on Requiem.

  1. Step 1 – Casual Playthrough + All Collectibles (10–15 hours): Get all Files, Mr. Raccoons, Safes, BSAA Containers, Antique Coins, and missable trophies during this run. Keep a manual save after each major region as a pseudo Chapter Select.
  2. Step 2 – Casual Speedrun + No Healing + No Blood Collector (3–4 hours): Farm Bloodlust via save reload first, then buy the unbreakable knife “Koketsu” (5,000 CP) and run the game without healing or picking up the Blood Collector.
  3. Step 3 – Insanity Playthrough (3 hours): Buy Infinite Ammo + Infinite RPG (85,000 CP) and complete the run. The RPG kills everything in one hit as Leon.
  4. Step 4 – Buy All Concept Art + Models: Spend the remaining CP (~10,000 combined) on all 44 Models and 56 Concept Art pieces, then view each one, if you’d like.

3. Platinum Trophy

The cream of the crop, the Platinum trophy for Resident Evil Requiem, is only obtainable after you’ve crushed other challenges before it.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Requiem Platinum Earn all other trophies in Resident Evil Requiem. No DLC required.

4. Gold Trophies (3)

Gold trophies represent the three biggest challenges in the trophy list, all requiring specific run conditions across a full playthrough.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Remarkable Agent Gold Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty. Unlocks all lower-difficulty trophies retroactively. Use Infinite Ammo and Infinite RPG from the Bonus Menu to trivialize the run.
Never Touch the Stuff Gold Complete the main story without consuming herbs or med injectors. Best done on Casual during your Speedrun. Health auto-recharges to yellow on Casual, making it very manageable. You may pick up, craft, sell, or discard healing items—just never consume them.
Minimalist Gold Complete the main story without Grace using the Blood Collector. The easiest way to do this is to never pick up the Blood Collector. Best combined with the Speedrun playthrough. Use the unbreakable knife Koketsu as your ammo substitute.

Tip: Both Never Touch the Stuff and Minimalist must be completed in the same playthrough as Speed Demon. Track all three counters simultaneously under the Challenges menu.

If any counter rises above 0, the respective trophy is voided, and you must start a new playthrough.

5. Silver Trophies (6)

Silver trophies in Resident Evil Requiem combine difficulty completions, cumulative farming milestones, and Bonus Menu unlocks.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Resolute Agent Silver Complete the main story on Standard (Classic) difficulty or higher. Classic mode requires Ink Ribbons to be saved manually. Beating Insanity unlocks this retroactively via difficulty stacking.
Speed Demon Silver Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours. Best done on Casual during the second playthrough. The limit is very lenient—a sub-3-hour clear is achievable. Pause the game to pause the timer if needed.
Credit Where Credit Is Due Silver Earn 200,000 credits as Leon. Pick up the Tactical Tracker key item at the East Raccoon City Central Camp Supply Box. All enemy kills thereafter grant credits. Cumulative across playthroughs; unlocks naturally by the second run without dedicated farming.
Bloodlust Silver Collect 5,000 microsamples of infected blood with the Blood Collector. Farm via save reload: deplete blood by crafting ammo, make a manual save, consume Transfusion Bags to refill, reload, and repeat. Complete this before the Speedrun playthrough.
Model Mania Silver View all 44 Models from the Bonus Menu (4,400 CP total, 100 CP each). Purchase and then cycle through every model with R1 to view them. Save this for after the Insanity run.
Curator
Silver View all 56 Concept Art pieces from the Bonus Menu (5,600 CP total, 100 CP each). Cycle through every piece with R1. Save this for last alongside Model Mania.

6. Bronze Trophies (40)

The bronze trophies are easier to get and are often obtainable automatically during the Story Mode progression.

6.1 Story-Related (Unmissable)

These nine trophies trigger automatically on the story path and cannot be missed under any circumstances.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Déjà Vu Bronze Finish Leon’s first story section in Wrenwood.
Descent Into Darkness Bronze Grace escapes the Isolation Ward in the Care Center.
It’s Been a Long Night Bronze Grace escapes the Care Center through the 3-Quartz door.
A Harsh Reality Bronze Finish the Rhodes Hill region and escape the Water Treatment Plant.
Going Down? Bronze Ride the suspended platform on Willis Tower as Leon in East Raccoon City.
The Hero Returns Bronze Enter the Raccoon City Police Department building (R.P.D.) as Leon.
I Remember That, Too Bronze Defeat the Super Tyrant as Leon after escaping the R.P.D.
Umbrella’s Legacy Bronze Arrive at the ARK Loading Dock as Leon.
The Final Mission Bronze Grace arrives at the Dump area in ARK.

Tip: Even though these nine trophies are unmissable, it is still worth keeping a manual save immediately after each one pops.

Because there is no Chapter Select, these saves serve as pseudo fast-travel points to revisit areas for any nearby collectibles or missable trophies you want to clean up.

6.2 Collectible Trophies

Collectible trophies reward thorough exploration across all of Grace and Leon’s sections, covering files, hidden figurines, locked containers, and safes

Trophy Type How to Obtain
The Hunt Begins Bronze Destroy your first Mr. Raccoon memoriam with melee or a bullet.
You Little Rascal! Bronze Destroy all 25 Mr. Raccoons across the game. Consult the Collectible Guide for all locations.
No Safe is Safe Bronze Open all 5 Safes in Grace’s sections.
Crate Expectations Bronze Open all 3 BSAA Containers as Leon in East Raccoon City.
Case Closed Bronze Read all 75 Files in the game. Track progress from the Files menu next to the inventory.

Tip: Tackle all collectible trophies during your very first Casual playthrough. Since manual saves double as area checkpoints, save in each new region before moving on so you can return quickly to any spot you may have skimped on.

6.3 Difficulty and Story Trophies

These trophies require you to either clear the game on a specific difficulty or make a deliberate choice at the story’s final moment.

Because difficulty trophies stack, a single Insanity clear covers all three Bronze difficulty trophies plus the Silver Resolute Agent and Gold Remarkable Agent simultaneously.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Rookie Agent Bronze Complete the main story on Casual difficulty or higher. Any higher difficulty clear retroactively unlocks this.
Rising Agent Bronze Complete the main story on Standard (Modern) difficulty or higher. Stacks upward through Insanity.
Seasoned Pro Bronze Defeat 300 enemies total across all playthroughs.
Not Today, Buds! Bronze Defeat all 9 Plant 43 seedlings as Leon in the cave section following the Super Tyrant fight. The first is automatic; the remaining 8 are all in the cave that follows. Explore all side paths to find them all.
Hope and Requiem Bronze Complete the main story by selecting “Release Elpis” at the final choice. The alternate ending does not count.

Tip: On your Insanity run, you can skip the final boss by choosing “Destroy Elpis,” but only do so if you already have Hope and Requiem and Speed Demon trophies from a prior playthrough.

6.4 Grace-Related Trophies

Most of these trophies unlock naturally during the first playthrough if you engage with Grace’s systems as intended, but a few require deliberate setup or precise timing to avoid missing entirely.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Out of Sight, Out of Mind Bronze Store any item in the item box as Grace. The first item box is in the Central Hall safe room of the Care Center.
The Ol’ Fashioned Way Bronze Use an Ink Ribbon to save at a typewriter. Ink Ribbons only exist on Insanity and Standard Classic.
Like Mother, Like Daughter Bronze Unlock a drawer with a lockpick as Grace. You can find a Lockpick in the Lead Researcher’s Office (2nd floor, East Wing) to the left of the typewriter.
Fatal Dose Bronze Kill a zombie with the Hemolytic Injector.
Science! Bronze Unlock a crafting recipe via the Analyzer in the Blood Lab. Interact with the Analyzer after picking up the Blood Collector and Blood Specimen (Denatured), then solve the atom-sequence puzzle.
The Power of Blood Bronze Craft any item using the Blood Collector after unlocking the recipe in the Blood Lab.
Blood! More Blood! Bronze Use a cumulative total of 300 microsamples of infected blood through crafting.
Bring Out the Big Guns Bronze Stun “The Girl” with the Requiem revolver.
Bang For Your Buck Bronze Kill at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot. Line up three zombies in the corridor between the Isolation Ward and Waiting Room in the Care Center East Wing, where they walk in a file.
Grace and Goliath Bronze Defeat the Chunk enemy as Grace. The Chunk appears when you collect the ID Wristband Level 1 on the East Wing 2nd floor.
Internal Dispute Bronze Make the blind zombie attack the maid zombie in the Waiting Room. Bring an Empty Bottle from the Dining Hall. Kill the three corridor zombies first, then destroy the right-side vase to lure both zombies together, and throw the bottle at the maid.
Deadly Duet Bronze Defeat both singing zombies as Grace: one in Bar & Lounge (2nd floor, West Wing, white dress) and one in Conference Room (2nd floor, East Wing, turquoise dress, accessible after ID Wristband Level 1).
Order Up! Bronze Defeat the chef zombie blocking the entrance to the Care Center Kitchen.

Tip: Internal Dispute is the trickiest trophy in this group and the one most likely to catch you off guard. Before entering the East Wing, grab the Empty Bottle from the Dining Hall and keep a manual save ready.

The maid zombie has a patrol timer. If you take too long setting up the encounter, she will leave the Waiting Room to clean the corridor, and the trophy window closes. Keep your movements quiet and work quickly once both zombies are lured to the vase.

6.5 Leon-Related Trophies

These trophies are tied to Leon’s distinct combat toolkit—his combat axe, weapon upgrade system, Supply Box economy, and the motorcycle sequence in Raccoon City.

Trophy Type How to Obtain
Untouchable Bronze Parry a zombie’s melee attack as Leon by pressing L1 just before the hit lands.
Can I Borrow This? Bronze Throw a melee weapon dropped by a killed enemy (press X to auto-throw).
Chop Chop Bronze Perform three hatchet finisher kills as Leon.
Retail Therapy Bronze Purchase any item from a Supply Box. First Supply Box is at the Central Camp save point in Raccoon City.
Tailor Made Bronze Upgrade a weapon as Leon.
Road Rage Bronze Interrupt Victor’s RPG attack during the motorcycle section in East Raccoon City. You have infinite SMG ammo, so just keep shooting when Victor’s red arrow indicator appears.
Master Craftsman Bronze Craft all 9 possible Leon items at least once. All recipes become available in Raccoon City Center.
Cat Got Your Tongue? Bronze Counter a Licker β2 tongue attack as Leon in the ARK area (second Leon segment) using the hatchet. Press L1 at the exact moment before the tongue reaches Leon.

7. Trophy Hunting Tips

To maximize the timings needed to unlock all trophies and get the Platinum on Requiem, use the tips below so that you don’t get redundant runs while collecting them.

  • Never waste CP early—save your points for the Infinite Ammo + Infinite RPG bundle (85,000 CP) needed for Insanity.
  • Farm Bloodlust via save reload before the speedrun to clear it cleanly without it interfering with the No Blood Collector challenge.
  • Manual saves are your chapter select—keep one from each major region (Care Center, Rhodes Hill, East Raccoon City, Raccoon City Center, ARK) every run.
  • All cumulative trophies (Bloodlust, Blood! More Blood!, Seasoned Pro, and Credit Where Credit Is Due) stack across playthroughs and are farmable via save reload.
  • On Insanity, choosing “Destroy Elpis” at the end skips the final boss entirely—use this if you have already collected the Hope and Requiem and Speed Demon trophies on a previous run.
  • Antique Coin locations and Safe Codes change on Insanity, so do not rely on your notes from the Casual run for those specific collectibles.
