The Marathon Rewards Pass system works differently from traditional battle passes. Instead of unlocking items in a fixed order, players earn SILK through gameplay and spend it to claim rewards on each page.
Most reward nodes include two items at the same SILK cost, one free and one premium. Players who own the Premium Rewards Pass can claim both items, while free players can only claim the free reward. The Premium Rewards Pass costs 1,000 LUX, which is the premium currency used in Marathon’s in-game store.
1. How to Earn Silk in Marathon
Silk
Silk is the main currency used to unlock items in the Rewards Pass. Silk has a maximum storage limit of 140. If you reach the cap, you must spend Silk on rewards before earning more, or additional Silk will be wasted.
1.1. Method 1 – Level Up Season Rank
The primary way to earn Silk is by increasing your Season Level through gameplay. Each Season level grants around 10 Silk, which you can spend on rewards.

The fastest way to level your season rank is:

3. When Does the Marathon Season 1 Rewards Pass End?
Season 1 of Marathon, titled Death Is Only the First Step, runs from March to June 2026. However, the Rewards Pass itself does not expire when the season ends.
Your SILK and pass progress carry over into future seasons, and you can continue unlocking rewards even after Season 1 concludes. The only limited-time items are the Server Slam beta rewards, which must be claimed before the season ends.
