Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 & 2 : 100% Achievements Guide

Here is our complete guide to all the Lost Records: Bloom & Rage achievements. Tips, collectibles, missing achievements on how to get 100%. Perfect for achievement hunters who want to unlock everything without missing a thing.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage - Tape 1 & 2 : 100% Achievements Guide

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 & 2 is a narrative, and emotional game, focusing on the summer of 1995, when four friends reconnect and discover buried memories. This trophy guide will help you obtain the 49 achievements in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 & 2. The game mixes horror, nostalgia and narrative, so expect a mix of story-related, exploration-based and collectible trophies. Some achievements are manageable, meaning you have to perform specific actions at certain times. Fortunately, as with their previous games from the studio, we have the option of replaying chapters and thus being able to recover missed achievements.

Author’s note: It took me, personally, around sixteen hours to complete all the achievements for the entire game, if you ever want a time estimate!

WARNING : Since this guide reveals what you need to do to get specific achievements, I recommend to use it only after you’ve done the entire game once so you don’t get spoiled!

Overview

Total Achievements: 49
Estimated Completion Time: Approximately 10–12 hours
Missable Achievements: Yes
Collectibles: Yes
Difficulty: Moderate

To earn the achievements “Partners in Time” (Autumn), “Breakfast Club” (Nora), and “Dead Poets Society” (Kat), you’ll need to build strong bonds with each character during the 1995 timeline. Your dialogue choices throughout the game influence these relationships—look for the heart icon to improve them, or the broken heart to weaken them.

To unlock all three achievements in a single playthrough, aim to consistently choose the heart-marked dialogue options. You’ll need to reach at least New Friend status with each character by the end of Tape 1, and BFFs status by the end of Tape 2. These statuses are shown at the conclusion of each tape. Heart choices often reflect traits like honesty, kindness, optimism, empathy, and confidence. If a timed dialogue only presents negative options, it’s best to stay silent. And when forced to pick between friends, prioritize Autumn, as most of her key moments occur early in the story—making her achievement harder to recover if missed.

The most crucial relationship-building scenes are as follows—try to maximize heart choices in each:

Character Tape 1 Tape 2
Autumn Scene 7 Scene 6
Nora Scene 17 Scene 7
Kat Scene 23 X

If you ended Tape 1 with a We’re Cool status (the lowest) for Autumn or Kat and missed their related achievements, you can start a second, partial run using Story Mode from the scenes listed above. However, if you managed to hit New Friend status but still didn’t unlock an achievement, replaying the specific trigger scene in Tape 2 using Collectible Mode should be enough. For Nora’s achievement, replaying from Tape 2 – Scene 7 in Story Mode will work, regardless of your Tape 1 status.

Keep in mind: when you replay any scene in Story Mode, all scenes that follow will be locked again!

Collectible Categories

In addition to the main story and missable achievements, there are several collectible categories to complete. Under, you wil be guide you through each collectible category for both tapes of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.

Tip: Some collectibles are only accessible in specific scenes or after certain events. Utilize the “Collectible Mode” to revisit scenes and capture any missed items.

Collectible Memoirs are made up of clips you gather from optional subjects scattered throughout the game. You’ll know which scenes include these subjects by looking for a VHS tape icon in the Scene Selection menu. That icon is also accompanied by a number, showing how many different subjects are available in that specific scene.

It’s worth noting that a single subject might show up in more than one scene, and you don’t need to find every unique subject to complete a Memoir. For example, the Graffiti Memoir only needs clips from 10 graffiti subjects, even though the game includes over 50 unique ones—each listed individually in the Scene Selection menu.

You’re not required to collect all of them to unlock the related achievements. The subject examples given later in the guide are purposely limited to avoid repetition and keep things straightforward. They’re still enough to help you unlock every achievement.

In Story Mode, recorded subjects are saved upon reaching the next checkpoint. However, in Collectible Mode, scenes must be fully replayed for new subjects to be counted.

Woodland Ruins

How many needed? : 6

This category becomes accessible during the chapter titled “This Old House”. All of the collectibles listed can be found throughout this chapter and during any return visits to the cabin. Fortunately, they are all relatively easy to obtain.

Although you only need six items to complete this category, there are more than enough available. Some of the most noticeable collectibles include:

  • The deer-shaped weather vane on the roof
  • The broken bridge near the cabin
  • The wooden outhouse
  • The windchimes hanging in a nearby tree
  • The firepit by the lake
  • The towels drying on the line at the lake
  • The miner’s gravesite located along the trail behind the cabin

Graffiti

How many needed? : 10

Graffiti is by far the easiest collectible category to complete in the game. While many of these can be found throughout various scenes where you explore with your camcorder, you can actually collect all of them during the chapter titled “The Day We Met.”

In this chapter, Swann visits the parking lot of the Movie Palace—a location that’s heavily covered in graffiti. Key graffiti spots in this area include:

  • The “Do Not Enter” sign on the fence, which features graffiti marks
  • The green dumpster located near the Yooper Scooper
  • Six different graffiti pieces scattered across the park benches by the Yooper Scooper
  • The side of the white van, also tagged with graffiti
  • Spray-painted markings on the right side of the Movie Palace
  • Additional graffiti found on the rooftop, accessible by climbing the ladder on the building’s right side

Spotlights: Kat, Nora, Autumn

How many needed? : 10 each

There’s no real secret to collecting these spotlight moments. All you need to do is record 10 moments for each character. This can be accomplished entirely during the chapter called “The First Night”, or you can choose to gather them more naturally while progressing through both Tape 1 and Tape 2. You’re free to work on this any time Swann has the opportunity to record scenes with the girls.

Forgotten Playground

How many needed? : 6

You can collect the Forgotten Playground collectibles during the chapter titled “The First Night.” If you happen to miss any during this part of the story, don’t worry — you’ll have additional chances to find them in later scenes set in the park, such as when exploring Kat’s memoir.

Although there are more collectibles available in this area than you actually need, the following are the main ones you’re most likely to come across:

  • The seesaw
  • Marbles scattered on the ground
  • The large rocketship
  • The jungle gym
  • Spring riders shaped like animals
  • The swing set

Bullies

How many needed? : 7

The “Bullies” category can be initiated early in the game during the chapter titled “The Day We Met,” when you first encounter Dylan and Corey.

Mild Spoilers: If you choose apologetic and non-confrontational responses when interacting with Dylan and Corey—as I did—you’ll likely miss key moments. To collect all items, you’ll need to replay this scene in Collectible Mode. This time, select the taunting dialogue options: tease Dylan while filming him, then agree to film Corey and his bike.

Later in Tape 1, near the end of the chapter “The Abyss,” you’ll have another chance to film Corey when Nora prompts you. This scene is both optional and missable.

Although additional opportunities to film Corey and his bike appear in Tape 2, you should be able to complete this category entirely within Tape 1.

Water Tower

How many needed? : 4

This is a straightforward category. You’re filming the Velvet Cove water tower from various perspectives throughout the game.

Some collectible locations include:

  • Movie Palace parking lot
  • Swann’s bedroom window (multiple chapters)
  • The park (across different scenes)
  • The bar parking lot
Water Tower.

Mothgirl Chronicles

How many needed? : 6

This collectible set starts in Tape 1, during the “Packing Up” chapter in Swann’s bedroom. Filming Mothgirl here unlocks the category. The other five collectibles involve placing Mothgirl in specific, hidden locations. If you miss any, you’ll need to replay those sections.

Placement locations include:

  • “Packing Up”: At the lake scene, place Mothgirl on a rock and record her
  • “Double Dare”: In the attic, before lighting the fireplace, place Mothgirl on the ledge in the open area (Note: This one may be bugged—although I hadn’t recorded it previously, it was marked as completed)
  • “Kat”: After filming an interview with Kat in the park, place Mothgirl on both the swing and the slide
  • “Riot Grrrls”: Inside the bar’s fenced area, place Mothgirl on the lounge chair to the right
  • “Riot Grrrls”: After restoring power, return to Nora’s band setup and place Mothgirl on one of the speakers

While this album can be completed in Tape 1, more filming opportunities appear in Tape 2:

  • Place her on a box in Swann’s room during “Alone Again”
  • Set her on a stool in Nora’s garage in “Nora’s Grief”
Mothgirl Chronicles.

Terrible Toys

How many needed? : 6

This category involves filming unsettling or unusual toys encountered throughout the game.

Notable collectibles include:

  • “The First Night”: After trying to shake down keys from the rocketship, check the nearby drainage pipe to find a troll doll. Kat helps you retrieve it via a cutscene. It’s optional—there are more than six toys total—but the scene adds a nice bonding moment with Kat
  • “The First Night”: Follow Autumn to the junkyard to find a creepy doll at the campsite
  • “Garage Band”: Film a bunny car toy inside Nora’s garage
  • “Lights, Camera, Action!”: Before crossing the tree bridge, head toward the lake to find another creepy doll
  • “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark”/”This Old House”: A voodoo doll can be found in the cabin attic, on a trail away from the cabin, or inside a small cave (only counts once)

In Tape 2:

  • “Nora’s Grief”: Re-film the bunny car in Nora’s garage if missed earlier
  • “Rapunzel”: Two toys are in Kat’s bedroom—one by the door and one on the shelf beside her desk
Terrible Toys.

Terrible Toys.

Strangers

How many needed? : 7

This category is easy to miss depending on your choices.

In “The Day We Met”:

  • Before interacting with anyone, climb the ladder on the right side of the Movie Palace
  • Use your camcorder to record Corey, Dylan, Nora, and Autumn as strangers

The remaining three collectibles can be recorded at the front of the bar in “Riot Grrrls” when placing stickers. Record the three men walking out.

In Tape 2:

  • Film Pam during the chapter “A Tale of Two Sisters”
Strangers.

Scenic Views

How many needed? : 4

Only four scenic views are required, but you’ll encounter more than enough opportunities throughout the game.

Highlights include:

  • “Welcome to Velvet Cove”: A picturesque lake scene Swann wants to film
  • “The Day We Met”: Two views near the Yooper Scooper—by the picnic tables and across the road
  • “Lights, Camera, Action!”: Multiple lake and river views, including one before the tree bridge

Locations include:

  • “Welcome to Velvet Cove”: Film a doe, stag, animal tracks, and bones along the trail
  • “Lights, Camera, Action!”: During the group trail walk, record deer, arrows, antlers, and a hunting stand
  • Just beyond the hunting stand, film additional animal tracks

  • Blue Jay – On concrete pipes in park during “Kat”
Birds.

Moving in Place

How many needed? : 6

You’ll find more than six moving objects to record, but some are easy to miss.

Collectibles include:

  • “The Day We Met”: Red balloon (record before the cutscene), flag on Movie Palace rooftop, and a rooftop portable fan (use the ladder)
  • “The First Night”: Shoes hanging from a tree and a merry-go-round (interact with it to spin, then film)
  • Flag on top of rocket ship

Alternatives: If you missed one, film the overhead fan or Newton’s Cradle in Swann’s bedroom (activate them first)

  • Squirrels in various nature trail scenes
  • Frogs on rocks by water near trails/cabin
  • Moths around the bar’s outdoor light during “Riot Grrrls”
